I went to Lynnwood Honda today to discuss the blinkers of my car, not working all four of them, which is dangerous and illegal. I was told to bring the car in and they would help me fix the problem. A year ago my car was hit from behind and hit and run on the left side. My Bleeker continued to work for a year and the light works as well on the left side. This has nothing to do with the electrical problem. When I pulled into the service department, they told me they could help me information on a rental from them and asked for my info. When they saw the back left side of the car had a dent in it they told me that the electrical problem was likely due to the damage and that they wanted me to take it back to the auto body shop. This is not acceptable. I told them that I needed the electrical to be fixed immediately and that this was a new problem and had nothing to do with the damage to the left side of my car. My car had been driving just fine and none of the electrical had been damaged after the incident a year ago . Everything was working, including the brake light on that side. I had men laugh at me tell me to get the f*** out of there tell me they couldnt help me tell me to be quiet and when I called my husband to see what I should do they told him that they were just trying to save me money and that I should take it to the auto body shop, which could not help me for two months. I was left without assistance with anything with my car. My blinker still do not work This is dangerous and illegal and I have no choice but to drive my car right now. I work in healthcare 12 hour shifts. I have a disabled child who has appointments and I need to go to doctors appointments. Is someone at your dealership when I was told to come in and that I would be helped because its an emergency situation. Please inform what I should do next or at least talk to this company and let them know that this is not good business.
