      Your location ***************** **********************************************, ** ***** Car dealer ***************************** 58 points 2 days agoFair WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! they have been the most dishonest car dealership I've ever done business with. Selling me a vehicle that supposedly was checked out in their shop. The transmission was going out so they said they would put the money I paid in cash towards another vehicle. Again sold me a bucket of bolts. 2 days after the purchase the entire audio system went out. I was also told by the service manager after I complained about a shimmy in the front end that it needed front brakes and that they knew about this before the sale of the vehicle. I finally had to stop doing business with them before they cost me more money with their untruthfulness and went to a reputable dealership. All in all doing business with dicks cost me over $5000.00 that I threw down the drain. Buyer beware!!!!!Also for a cash deal took them over a month to submit paperwork to the *** for my title.       I'm fed up with your MISOGYNISTIC ways.On 10/19/2021 I traded my 2021 Ioniq in for a 2022 Venue.Three days after driving the vehicle I noticed it started pulling to the right and sometimes to the left.My terrible experience started on 10/22/21 when I called Hyundai corporation with my concerns and the safety of the vehicle. They referred me to the dealership. When I called the dealership I was told that someone would give me a call but they never did.On the fourth day I called again and left a message with the service department and no one called me back.On the fifth day I was fed up with being blown off so I went down to the dealership in person and told them I didn't want the vehicle. They refused to take it back.Each time I've spoken to someone at the dealership, I feel as though they have been very condescending and misogynistic. It feels like I've been taken advantage because they view me as just a single mom that they can manipulate and lie to. During ALL OF MY INTERACTIONS (Phone calls, Emails, In person) I've been misled and lied to because depending on who I talk to, gives me a different answer.At this point it's been over 30 days and I've spoken to at least 10 different people and no one seems to care and want to help me. Every single person that I've interacted with thus far has been extremely condescending and disrespectful.I know I've been treated this way because I'm a woman and the men I've spoken to have blown me off and talked down to me. All they want to do is sell me another more expensive car. It seems that the only solution they have for me is to trade the car for a more expensive car and take more of my money.Nobody wants to pay attention to me, but if I was a man, they would actually take my concerns seriously, hear me out, and take the time to talk to me.They even told me to come back when my credit score is higher in order to help me.This car is completely unsafe because it will not drive straight, it pulls to the right so ultimately I don't feel safe driving this car with my child. However, nobody in the dealership or at Hyundai cares for my family's safety. Since the beginning I have asked to have my old car back, but they told me that is not an option. Yet, no other options have been provided to me and I feel stuck and at a standstill. I complained about this vehicle the second I got it, but everybody is blowing me off, ignoring me, and pushing me to the side that way the warranty or return timeframe expires.WHY WON'T ANYBODY TREAT ME LIKE A PERSON AND LISTEN TO ME??
