              scheduled valet cleaning service for my small hot tub. work was done on Saturday, September 16, 2023. was for amount of $250.00 instead of $350. because they used my water instead of bringing it. I had chemicals available but was not asked for them, the person did a wonderful job but just went about his work without asking anything. At the end, at my surprise, he left me another new filter and several large bottles of chemicals. I did not receive a bill for several weeks and it was for the amount of $782.52instead of $250. I called and was told that they would see what they could do. I heard nothing so I called again and had to leave a message but have not heard back. I have not yet made any payment.

              **************** is non existent. My husband and I have made 6 attempts, in person, online and via voicemail over the last 6 weeks. We have not received one call back regarding our inquiry. However, after requesting a date to close online and paying a $200 deposit, we received a same day call back. We were provided with a date and no time, to close our pool. On the morning of the provided date, we attempted to call for an approximate time of arrival the store is closed. At this point, we will no longer be utilizing Burnett for any of our needs and I would not recommend this business to anyone.

              From my understanding our General Manager has been in touch with you. It has been explained that a subcontractor does the work you have requested concerning your liner. Your appointment to have your swimming pool on Friday was also discussed and is moving forward.

              To be clear, our initial attempt at contacting Burnett Pools regarding our pool liner began August 22, 2021. Multiple attempts were made in the months following with zero follow up from any member of the Burnett Pools team. I was contacted by Burnett after an online request and providing a $200 deposit, to close our pool submitted 9/20/21. At that time, a day determined by Burnett staff, was assigned to close our pool. On the assigned day of 10/5/21, Burnett Pools never arrived to close and never contacted us regarding the issue. Only AFTER contacting the BBB on 10/5/21 and again making attempts to contact Burnett Pools did a team member contact this customer on 10/6/21. AT THAT TIME, a NEW closing date was determined and discussions took place regarding a sub contractor! Although I do appreciate Burnett acknowledging over the phone that the the ball was dropped and that miscommunication took place, the above vague response is quite misleading. Will never do business with this business again.
