            The company came and installed a hot water tank. Upon completion I paid the cost. Company did not have a receipt for me nor an instruction booklet. The tech told me to contact the company and ask that they email me a receipt. I cannot get an email address. I've contacted the company several times and no return phone call. I've been to the business several times and there's never anyone in the office. I paid over $2000 for this hot water tank and I have no proof of purchase and cannot reach anybody to get one.

            The owner of ** and his crew are so professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. I had no heat for weeks and had bad experiences with 2 other companies through home warranty who said they could not fix my furnace. Well, BC fixed my furnace the SAME DAY that they came out!!!! I no longer have to freeze!!! Thank you **!! Definitely will utilize them again for future needs.
