I strongly recommend that you DO NOT rent from this company. I have been living without A/C now for 105 days in the middle of a Georgia summer. It is over 100 degrees inside the apartment. It is so hot that the flooring is coming up. The flooring company came out to repair the flooring but stated that it will continue to come up as long as the heat continues to rise. I notified the apartment manager and the maintenance supervisor several times but they both did not remedy the situation and they both were fired in the course of me trying to get the situation rectified. I have since put in multiple maintenance requests, emails to the regional manager, emails to corporate, and calls to the office with no response. Also the pool is not an amenity that you will be able to use either. Its the middle of July and our pool is still closed. The gates have been broken since I moved in with several car break-ins on a weekly basis. The garbage company only picks up the valet trash when they feel like it. I have requested refunds for days missed and the ******************* will never issue a refund for days that it wasnt picked up. You have to pay $2 every month just to pay your rent. You have to pay it online and this fee is not avoidable. Also any good reviews on here are probably because they try and offer us a possibility of getting $1000 towards our rent if we leave a review.

Save yourself the hassle and your money; this company is garbage and doesnt care about tenants and only profit. Current resident of Allegianf-****** property The Station in ******************. I am absolutely fed up with the senior managements lack of support to fix our gated community or enforce basic standards. Our local property manager is overworked and not given resources to properly care for our community. Our security gate, for example, has been broken since February of 2023. Additionally, there is a laughable amount of security and we often have unwanted visitors coming to our community pool and fitness center while also parking in our parking lot. They speed and put children at risk . The pool is often closed due to issues of maintenance or unwanted visitors, yet residents pay community upkeep fees. Our trash is not always taken out yet we pay for ************ services I strongly advise you to NOT sign a lease here and live elsewhere. The main problem with this company is they dont support their property managers and it results in a substandard living experience for tenants. Not worth your money.
