            Trans date 5/1/21. Paid $3,570 for a down payment. Job began & end 6/10/21. 5 1/2 hours of work, 3 painters M&E labor $2000. M&E told the painters to stop the work. We wanted the work to continue. Commit to provide: See attachment of Contract #2 Prep, #3 Work performed, #6 Cleanup M&E canceled contract, didn't finish job with no negotiation or coming to our house to see the work that was done. M&E did not follow the contract and did not do scraping & sanding the siding that was needed as per contract. M&E didn't cover areas that were not to be painted which resulted in over spray on gutters, downspouts, window & door frames & decks. M&E sent a check for $263.13 to us for a refund that is not near enough to cover expenses they caused. Said they would clean up the mess (after the contract was canceled). Project Manager was very rude when he said they would clean up the mess. We can't trust them because they didn't finish the job and the liability it could cause us. Track #*****

            I had M&E painting paint my house after I recently remodeled the outside and put cedar on it. I was very curious as a contractor letting another contractor do work on my house! I couldn't be more impressed they used the same quality that it's quality that I expect in my jobs!! They treated my property with care his appropriately was care and were done quickly! The customer service that I got from Matt was top notch! The best part is I have had all the neighbors on the block say how my house is the best looking on the block. I will definitely use them as a contractor I'm tractor in all of my properties and and I recommend them to others who have had bad painting experiences or looking for a great paint job for their house
