Tom (The Handiest Hanyman) came recommended by a mutual friend. Finding a good construction/handyman these days is not an easy task. As a single mom, I’ve had plenty of past experience with poor quality contractors and interesting characters. With all of the disappointments I’ve had, Tom has helped restore my faith in humanity again. I’m so appreciative for Toms handyman services. Tom was attentive to my odd requests and concerns. The project originally was intended for a kitchen remodel and expanded to the whole first floor, almost every part was customized. My goal was to be sustainable and efficient. With main building materials from market place. This project required a different creative angle than usual and Tom was effective at putting everything together. This was my first remodel so I wasn’t nearly prepared, Tom was very gracious and easy to work with, helpful with suggestions. Tom is a delight to talk to. His handyman services are quite accomplished and knowledgeable, he was skilled each various stages of demolition and construction, mostly himself. Floors, tile, granite, drywall, assisted the electrician, assisted the plumber. Required skill sets & clean up required were completed by very trusted/skilled professionals. Tom has a great resources and back up team. His 2 beautiful dogs joined him one day and they were extremely well behaved. He is precise, professional and laid-back all at once. Communication was great, one day his trailer had an issue and once everything was fixed he was back on the road to my job site. -Remodeling my kitchen was completed in time for my daughter’s birthday and mine! The perfect present. We both appreciate our new space and the shift in energy! It has taken me years to save/manifest/create this kitchen remodel project. This was truly a blessing!! Thanks Tom!

Tom is very friendly, knowledgeable, and cleans up each area after repairs have been made. He truly is the handiest handyman that has worked on the home that we are currently living in.

Tom responded right away about a hot water heater that broke and was flooding in my basement. Connected with the property management and got approval for work that evening. He arrived the next morning with a new water heater had it in, in no time and replaced some out of code fixtures on the spot. Fantastic experience, very professional, very fast, and amazing quality of work. I would recommend immediately for any handyman needs!
