I am writing to resolve the damage created from the improper services and negligence of Captain Clean of Sheridan, WY. On Friday, June 17, 2022, I contacted Captain Clean of Sheridan, WY to clean and dry my basement after it had flooded from a broken sprinkler system. They set up drying equipment on June 17, took it down June 21, and billed me for it on June 29. Five weeks later, after finding that the carpet was still wet in areas where furniture had not been moved, I tried for over a week to contact the owner of Captain Clean to resolve the problem leaving four messages with the receptionist. As of today August 9, I have yet to hear back from anyone at Captain Clean of Sheridan, WY. Please see the attached document outlining Captain Clean's negligence in responding to my calls regarding the service that I requested, the service they did not fully provide, and the service for which they billed me. Note: The photos show the floor one week from when I first discovered that the carpet was still wet and after calling and leaving a message for the owner four times with no response. The photo with the green paper demonstrates that there was moisture still in the rug after five weeks.
