      I don't recommend anyone working here. They will rob you of your money whether you work there or take your truck there to be worked on then blame you for it. This place needs a forensic audit done on it, needs osha to visit from all the trip hazards and DOT officers doing daily inspection on their service truck do to how long it takes the company to fix the violations after being reported to management. Company needs labor board involved for all the times employees have been deducted on pay. Worst place to have your truck worked on or place of work.

      We have been stranded on a highway near Marble Canyon. AZ since 3:45 pm on 09/06/2022. Our company contacted Rocky Mountain for roadside service at 4pm. The said they would be here in about 90 minutes. After numerous calls to the company the service truck showed up just before 10pm. The driver failed to bring the necessary parts to fix the semi. He attempted to splice the fuel line together and his attempt failed. We had to sleep in the semi on the side of the highway with his assurance that he would return between 9-10 in the morning. It is now 4:20pm and they never returned!

      CONSUMERS BEWARE!! On 1/31/22, I took my commercial truck to Rocky Mountain Truck Centers at ************************************************************ for repairs. I was prey to Rocky Mountain Truck Centers deceptive trade practices. After spending a total of @$13,000 and three weeks of having my inoperable vehicle in Rockys Mountain Truck Centers possession, I was never provided with the reason(s) the truck was not running properly and leaking oil and displaying the same issues that I initially brought the truck in for the repair. The most frustrating part about dealing with this repair shop is that they systematically ignore you phone calls. The only time I could talk to the General Manager or Technician was when they were adding an additional cost to my tab while they held my vehicle hostage. There was absolutely no customer ********************************, I spoke with ****, the shop general manager, concerning multiple oil leaks as well as a water pump replacement, oil change, and antifreeze flush. The following day I received a call from the desk secretary informing me that they found an oil leak in the trucks crank shaft and that was the only one found. The clerk also noted that the mechanic broke two bolts removing the exhaust manifold and that I had to pay for the bolts and repairs if I want to continue. I asked the clerk if those repairs address the multiple oil leaks and the loss of engine power that I was experiencing. She said she would have ***************** me concerning the matter. He never called.I went to pickup the truck a few days later and tried to do a delivery early the next morning without success. The trucks speed and power were limited to 35 to 45 mph. I returned the truck to the shop when another diagnostic was performed. I was informed that I needed a new turbo and charge air cooler. I asked ****, the shop manager, to explain the reason there was still oil covering the entire bottom of the truck frame and engine. He replied that he didnt know.
