Start was supposed to be mid July and was told they were going to start and then excuse after excuse and they finally started about 3-4 weeks late. During this time someone would show up and then we wouldn't see them again for days or even a week at a time. With what we purchased the total was almost $11,000 for a small bathroom remodel. Tile was not taken all the way in a corner ( about 2-3 inch gap) and a standing cabinet was put in the corner hiding the unfinished corner, which I discovered when cleaning the floor. Unfinished with chaulking and texture and grout in tile. Main concern was sewer smell coming from sink and I asked about it several times and was told a p trap was installed under the floor. A couple months after the project finish, Jason called and I again informed him about the smell and concern there was no trap installed and I was going to call another company and have them check. He told me not to do that and it would be taken care of. I never heard from him again and had a company finally come out to check and to fix a toilet that was installed and spewing water. I emailed the findings to the company and never heard back. I am only seeking what it will take to fix the items in the bathroom and have included a quote. (ignore the water heater part, they lumped it into one quote.)
