This review has nothing to do with my buying experience as that was great and the salesmen my family works with has always been great. Where this turns bad is when I took my vehicle that was in tremendous condition in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I guess one of the guys was having a bad day and decided to wash my vehicle with the windows down because when I got there to pick it up, my car was full of water and missing a piece out of the door. ***************************, service advisor, was notified by me about it before I left the service department. The cup holders, seats, headliner all full of water. When she told me to wait 15 minutes, that they would get it taken care of I expressed concerns about my dashboard, my heated and cooled seats and the electrical that was all directly in the way of the rest of my car that was all soaking wet. She said oh no it wont effect any of that its all fine. Come to find out it wasnt and the second time I went to leave, there was water coming out of the buttons on my dashboard and my cooled seats werent working and the buttons to my heated seats were flashing and turning other things on and off unrelated to the seats. I left my car again to be fixed. A couple hours later it was fixed. It actually wasnt and now theyre replacing all of the panel board and electrical. On their dime as they should. Im concerned it wont be done correctly and will never be the same. Moral of the story is stick to your guns and make them do whats right because the service department at Weld County Garage was willing to let me leave knowingly ruining the inside of my car with water. Had I not had the knowledge and support system to stay and fight, this would all be my expense.

This is not an accurate representation of what happened.  Yes, a window was left down and went through our car wash.  Our shop ******* went over all effected components and blew out all water and dried the components.  A new ****** with our company made the mistake.  When we found out, our shop ******* made the necessary corrections as mentioned above.  The customer noticed a light for heated seats was not lighting up.  The ******* took the vehicle back and determined we should just replace the panel since we did not know the history of the vehicle.  This is being done at our expense with cost to the customer.  The customer did not have to have a knowledge support system to make this happen, it was done without them even asking because it was the right thing to do.  NO one was willing to let them leaving knowingly ruining the car with water.  The moment we were made aware of the situation our service managers got involved and took care of the situation.  We have done and are doing everything in our power to satisfy the customer because we made a mistake.  We own that and have not in any way given the customer reason to be concerned that he has to stay and fight.  I do not know what else we can do to make this any better.  I believe we have done and are doing the right things and hope this is satisfactory to the customer.
