I called and got a free estimate in a time frame that worked for me. Andrew came exactly at the time scheduled and was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He even did a quick repair on the spot.!! Cannot say enough. I will definitely be booking my project. I would highly recommend this company. Reasonable pricing and friendly.

I waited almost a year to write this review. Not sure what I was waiting for, maybe for a basement wall to come tumbling down. Some sign of short cuts. Didn’t happen. We are very happy. This was the most extensive, expensive and critical project we have ever had done on our home and I am so glad we found Area Waterproofing to do it. Andrew was both professional and friendly when he came to quote the job. Thanks to him, I felt at ease, despite the scope of work and the hefty price tag. The basement was in bad shape, we needed all 4 walls done inside and out. We also opted to replace the leaky old windows. We were not looking for short cuts. The team showed up right on schedule, and wasted no time, they respected my property, working their equipment gracefully in a narrow space weaving in and out around a row of arborvitae and they never offended my sensibilities with trash talk of any kind while they worked in my home. They were done on schedule, 4 walls, 4 days, not even sure how that is possible. And they never gave me a moments anxiety about what was happening. Andrew also responded almost immediately and went above and beyond the call of duty when an unfortunate sump failure flooded my new basement, and within 24 hours I had a replacement sump. I cannot say enough about how good I feel about how this company has treated us and the work they did. One note for folks considering this, we cleaned out our basement 100% so the team had nothing but room to work.

Love the hard-working crew. A great experience from the Salesperson giving me a quote to the end of the project. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and beyond. Everything was top-notch. Always answered my questions, caught mistakes made by other companies, and I have the best basement in all of Waushara County now, because of Area Waterproofing & Concrete, LLC. I am highly recommending them.
