Working with Steve & HomePro was perfection! Beginning with the initial consult concerning four exterior doors & 2 sidelites & then through their installation, the entire process was flawless! He even added an unexpected challenge to his workload in solving a hinge problem concerning one of our patio doors! Steve is true to his word regarding appointments, cost, duration of job, & quality of product. He did not consider the job complete until everything was in perfect order. There are absolutely no worries whatsoever when working with Steve & HomePro!

Highly recommend Steve and HomePro. Did a great job on the installation of our windows and custom storm door. Paid attention to detail to get the job done right. Quality products at a reasonable price. Gave my wife and I an honest assessment when presented with a challenge. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steve again.Review from Mike K

Another great experience working with Steve (and Nate)! Steve had installed a patio door at my previous house and just completed new windows and storm door at my current house. Steve and Nate did a fantsstic job installing 8 windows and 2 sliding doors. The were professional, cleaned up after themselves and kept me informed on status throughout. Steve is an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped me pick out our front door and storm door and never put any pressure on us. When it came time to install, Steve and Nate were awesome! I know they ran into some issues with replacing the door (our original door was awful), and I’m so glad we chose them. They were so meticulous and we couldn’t love our new door more! We truly had the best experience working with Steve and HomePro Window and Door. Our original front door was atrocious and the job itself was a difficult one. It was not a standard easy replacement job. I’m so glad we went with HomePro over the other option we had looked at for so many reasons. Communication back and forth with Steve was perfect. We were never waiting around wondering if he would get back to us and he answered every ridiculous question I had. Price also couldn’t have been beat, and I know the quality of the product and installation is above and beyond what we would have gotten for more money at Home Depot. He was patient with all of my decisions and even came back later to install the storm door we tacked on after the fact. He got us on the schedule as soon as our door was in and they truly changed the look of our entire house in one day with our new door. We seriously can’t recommend HomePro enough - book them now, you will not be disappointed!HomePro Window & Door, LLC Response
