      Don't bother unless you are a influencer! I have ordered or should I say attempted to order multiple items from BigBadToy store. Even recently I gave them yet another shot. I ordered a set of Marvel Legends, months after they were supposed to be released, I found them at Game Stop. So, I called their customer service number to check the status of my order and they still couldn't give me a shipping date. So, I just canceled it. Exact same thing happened with single releases of Marvel Legends and GI Joe classified finding things I "Pre ordered" at Target, Walmart or Game Stop months later on one occasion in the clearance isle it had been out so long. Most recently I pre ordered the Veteran William Werewolf action figure when it was announced. Never received it and ended up ordering it from Amazon and getting it in 3 days. Unless you are a influencer don't waste your time or money.

      Do not preorder thru these guys. They lie about when theyll get it and make you wait so long, I ordered few items more than a year and they never shipped. For some item, they require 10% deposits when you order, and they never arrive. And those item that they never get, you can find it somewhere else. Do not buy from them. They are scams

      Been shopping at Big Bad Toy Store for about 20 years. A small fish compared to WalMart, Target, and Amazon, it is still a family owned business that has built up a good reputation with the collector community. The only complaint I have is that they often seem to be the last store to get goods in stock, so it isn't for the impatient,. But while the bigger online sellers mentioned above frequently cancel scores of preorders, I have always found BBTS will deliver what's promised eventually.

      I pre-order an item 1/9/2022 with expected 3rd sometime in the summer, well here we are a year later 1/13/2023 and still no item, now website says expected 1st Quarter 2023, which they basically don't know, wouldn't be so bad if they didn't take a $30 non-refundable deposit, basically they just take your money and run. Do not pre-order anything from this company, they're running a pre-order scam.

      I pre-ordered an item in Oct and paid a non-refundable deposit. The item had an estimated ship date of the same month. Since I placed my order later Oct, I wasn't surprised or upset that my estimated ship date got moved to Nov. However, it's now Jan and my date keeps getting pushed. Yet I was able to purchase this item from a different seller. The item is a limited edition piece that, per the info, will not be made again. From reading the reviews here, it seems that this is BBTS's standard practice. It's completely shady to have people pay a deposit for something BBTS knows they won't get (or they highly doubt they'll get).

      I preordered an item two months ago with a shipment date of November. Well here I am in September and still no item! No emails about delays or anything. They just keep pushing the delivery date further out. This is ridiculous, I needed this item for Christmas. I spoke to the customer service rep about this, and he told me that they haven’t received any of the figures. Amazon and other retailers online got all of their figures launch day and had them sent out to their clients. Apparently whoever their person is who handles this didn’t make sure that the product would arrive on launch day so they could fulfill their pre-orders. They’re still waiting for the manufacturer to send any of them. The representative even told me that they hadn’t received any updates from the manufacturer so they had no idea if the items were even available to be shipped. The person in the chat told me that this was typical of the industry, but I can’t imagine how that would be so since Amazon had a launch date on their pre-orders, and those pre-orders were sent out. It sounds to me like they may not have had any products to sell, and may have waited to order them until they knew exactly how many pre-orders they had. The new launch date will be sometime next year, as per Amazon, and it sounds like they are not going to have any figures until ?that time. ? They then told me that if I wanted my figures I could buy them from somewhere else. Where else? Everyone who had them sold out on launch day. The whole point of the pre-order was to have them ready to go, so I wouldn’t have to worry about fighting with people online! Overall, this is ridiculous experience for me.

      Preorder is now 10 months out and they keep changing the arrival date by entire Quarters, not months, Quarter as in Quarter of a year. I would not mind so much had they not taken a non refundable $30.00 down payment. After 10 months which will be 1 year or more since placing the order and paying the deposit according to their latest 1st Quarter of 2023, I contacted them and they essentially said pound salt, Feel free to cancel but we are keeping your money. As far as I am concerned waiting over a year on a preorder is inexcusable and since they obviously can’t deliver they have no right to keep unearned money. Furthermore I have been able to purchase the exact item twice since placing this order. I don’t trust this company they are running preorder scams. Whatever you do never place a deposit on a preorder with the. I rate the BBTS as a crooked company.

      We apologize for the frustration you have experienced while waiting for your Pre-order to arrive. We are the mercy of the manufacturers and suppliers when it comes to how quickly items arrive. It seems as if things are starting to return to normal following the constraints in manufacturing to shipping witnessed through the pandemic, however, there are still some rare occurrences where items are taking longer to arrive than anticipated. We have policies in place surrounding items that require down payments, however, **************** is always happy to further communications with customers and provide resolution if an item has reached excessive and/or unreasonable wait times. We are happy to hear that you have been able to get this item home for your collection! At this time, your Pre-order has been canceled and refund has been provided.

      They sat on my order for two whole weeks, and the "customer service" just kept rudely telling me to wait. Finally, I had to open a dispute with PayPal. Never purchasing from this site again

      This place is amazing!! I appreciate them and am so grateful for their kindness in sending me there cases I needed I. My quest to complete my set. I hope to be able to trade for the only two I need now after two cases from them!!

      BigBadToyStore has been my go-to for new Star Wars toy orders. Like many others, I found their Pile of Loot option to be a good way to save money by bundling orders. When I received my latest Pile of Loot shipment, both the Boba Fett Retro Collection figure and Bo Katan Retro Collection figures arrived with creases in the top middle of the card. It was not light veining, as often happens with the cards. The Vintage Collection Specialty Figure Ahsoka (Clone Wars) arrived with two bent dog-eared corners. In my email to BBTS customer service, I asked for replacements. I was told by a BBTS representative that I was not owed replacements because I purchased “Standard Grade” figures. That means, according to BBTS policy, that they may send me creased and banged up toys. In fact, the representative claimed the “imperfections do not take away from the overall appearance of the packaging.” And they are not necessarily supposed to be near mint for collectors. BBTS has a “Collector Grade,” however, only a limited number of figures are sold with this grade. Customers pay a premium for "Collector Grade." Now I could choose to return the figures, but because BBTS does not treat them as damaged, I have to cover the cost of shipping to return them. Such a hassle. I’ve received figures from Target or Walmart that were in this condition, and I expect that from a retail store not concerned with solely serving collectors. On the other hand, BBTS knows who is buying their products and should have better quality control than big box retailers. Since I had 15 pre-orders coming, I went and canceled the ones not sold out at other stores and bought the figures directly from Hasbro. It’s just not worth it to roll the dice with a company that will ship banged up toys and then tell customers they won’t do anything about it because we bought “standard grade.” Plus, with Target and Walmart, Star Wars collectors can return dinged and creased figures without having to eat the shipping costs.
