I purchased sheet music and downloaded a pdf. It appeared with Xs over the notes. I contacted customer service. They told me to download the app and try printing from the app. So I did, but the sheet music appeared on screen with Xs over the notes and it wouldn't print at all. Then it said I exceeded print attempts, but I have nothing printed out but one copy of sheet music with Xs all over it.This company should be investigated. Buyer beware.Review from Kristine S

I wouldnt even give it 1 star. The 1 star is for ease of the mobile app and printing. The sheet music itself isnt even close to the artists arrangement of the songs. No way to get your money back after printing. I wish I hadnt wasted 20$. And I really was looking forward to playing the songs.Very dissatisfied.Review from Joshua H

I purchased sheet music for a specific arrangement of a popular song to use in an audition. After printing (which usually means you can no longer cancel your order or get a refund) I realized that the sheet music did not actually reflect the arrangement as performed by the artist advertised on the purchase page. I was fairly disappointed and frustrated, but being extremely busy at work and home, it took me just over a month to remember/find the time to reach out to support. I sent a detailed support request requesting a refund and detailing the issues I addressed here. Especially considering the time it took me to reach out, I expected a sort of back and forth and potentially even a rejection; however after sending my complaint, Musicnotes.com responded with a resolution in less than two minutes.I was very pleased with the ease of the process and the integrity of the company and I now feel confident that I can trust them for future purchases.
