I would give this company a 0 if I could. The guy who came to scope my pipe before we installed a bathroom in the basement, was obviously not careful or thorough and missed 2 inches of standing water in my pipe which indicated a belly!! We didnt find this until AFTER we spent $12k on the bathroom. We had a different plumbing company come and inspect why we were getting back up and THEY found the issue but couldnt televise. So we called tcm back out to televise and said yes there is a belly. Wasnt there before. They still had the audacity to charge me $695 for the service they did a second time! And obviously didnt fix the problem, they just created one-since now I have to spend an additional $10k on fixing my sewer pipe that another company confirmed this was NOT a new problem and most likely been here a long time! IF TCM WOULD HAVE CAUGHT THE PROBLEM FIRST-WE NEVER WOULD HAVE BROKE CONCRETE AND INSTALLED THE BATHROOM, we would have fixed the pipe! Bad service, unprofessional, unreliable, not thorough, poor customer service and poor quality. Score 0 for my review.Review from roy t

unprofessional, damaged my property, didnt attempt to fix and charged way to much. if they wanted to resolve the damage they would have deducted from bill which they did not. would never recommend this company

TCM has very few dissatisfied customers and it is unfortunate that TCM was unable to communicate and/or return to the job to resolve this customers concerns. TCM has refunded this customer his money for services rendered in hopes that this brings some satisfaction. A reminder to all customers, reviews on media and/or with the BBB are detrimental to small local businesses. It is imperative that a dissatisfied customer reach out to the owner of the company to discuss a resolution prior to posting negative marks and comments on social platforms. TCM has been frustrated with the inability to communicate with this customer and is confused by the various names being used by the customer. With the refund being issued to the credit card payment provided TCM has closed this callback ticket.
