I live on ****** island my basement flooded and I had some stuff that got moldy so I filled my trash bin and my neighbor is on vacation he said I could fill his put both on curb the ***** came and I was rt there he dumped one and I said please dump this on also he looked at me drove away what the **** is the difference of 30 ft to where neighbor puts his can lazyReview from Rod W

Missed pick up at least once every 2 months and then get treated rudely when i have to waste my time and call them. Ridiculous. I'd rather take it to the dump myself. Can't stand this awful, poorly managed company.

Rod, I'm sorry that you are not getting the service you signed up for. We strive to do our best and don't like to hear that you are not getting good service. If you could give me some more information as to if you have a service in a township or dumpster or a city pick up that would be great. I'd like to get this resolved for you. Worst service ever,,,they find every excuse that it's not there fault,,,,,we constantly have our garbage not picked up,,,and now we have road construction,,so we put them along the side road along the fence,,about 4 feet out,,,and said we had them to close to the fence,,,but the recycled truck got there's,,,but ne never ever seem them actually come,,, because all the neighbors never got picked up also"
