Universal Roofing Installed a FiberTite roof on our family mid-century modern home in *******, WI summer of 2021. They did an excellent, professional and a precision job of roofing! They took precise measurements to pitch the flat roof so the maximum amount of water would run off the roof in all 4 midwest seasons. Universal Roofing Inc. executed a roof that has an excellent water run off system and has continued with great endurance due to the quality materials and quality workmanship for the extreme weather and climate change in southern Wisconsin. Universal Roofing has continued to coordinate with 2 separate masonry companies we needed to contact regarding chimney repairs in 2022 and 2023 to stop a stuborn and illusive chimney leak into the home. Unviersal Roofing was at our roof at the start of the chimney repairs both in 2022 & 2023 giving clear directives to make sure their excellently engineered FiberTite Roof was protected from start to finish of the chimney repair process. Universal Roofing also inspected the roof for tears when the chimney repairs were completed both in 2022 & 2023. Universal Roofing goes the extra mile to as they say "Stay on Top of Excellence". They are on top of the industry's codes, standards, quality materials, customer service and excellent workmanship to engineer excellence!

Universal Roofing Co. Inc. installed a rubber flat roof for us in Wiscsonsin Rapids on our newly constructed home and another roofing company installed a metal slanted roof for the rest of the house. We had leaking problems into our home the first year and into our garage each spring for three years after construction of our home. Bill ********* was very responsive to my calls and came out with a crew each time. As it turns out the leaks we had into the home were caused by the flashing of the metal roof not installed properly to move the water away from the chimney (Note the roofing company that installed metal roof had already been sold and did not honor their warranty with us.) Universal Roofing came out each spring and thoroughly searched for cuts or faults in their product and although no issues could be found would reinforce areas that were more suspect. The third spring, the section of ceiling under the leak gave way and the leaking issue was revealed. It was a plumbing issue as the pipe that took the rain/snow/water away from the roof through our piping system was leaking. I can't thank Universal Roofing, Bill ********* and his crew enough for the quick, professional response each time we called. It's been four years since installation and the roof is amazing. I only wish we had gone with Universal Roofing for our metal roof as well. I highly recommend this company without any hesitation.
