Beware. Bunch of wolves. They do minimal work and No response unless they benefit from it. I paid them in full $18K+ right away, waited 6months before they would even lift a finger. Ignored me the whole time. 2 months of work and they didn't finish. Now ******************* and his son ******* threat to put a lein on my house because they scammed my insurance for even more money which I wasn't aware of until they called. The money wasn't even in yet, they kept harassing me to pay them for uncompleted work. I'm left with an uncompleted house and a small unawared 2nd check in hopes of completing my house for my wife and 2 kids. Left dust everywhere and expected us to live in it. Very unprofessional, ******** ********, lying, threatening contractors. Do not use them. Repeat do not use them.Review from Linda J.

Unprofessional! Last spring while a new roof was being placed on my neighbors house, the owner, *** *****, took it upon himself, without my permission, to come on to my property and cut several branches off 2 of my beautiful pine trees. Some branches were cut from the trunk of the trees and several were just cut in half. A real hack job from top to bottom!! The branches were not in his way, what so ever!! I called him about it, he apologized and agreed to send someone out to at least make the trees look better as the damage was done. No one ever came out to do any reparations. What owner of a company does that!!! I did make a police report! Shame on *** *****!!!Review from Christine B

This was the second time I used this company to help me out in a tight situation. I had wind damage to my roof and water leaked into my porch area. I decided to replace the roof and have the damage repaired in the porch area.I would leave more stars if possible. Through their quick intervention I was able to sell my home within 24 hours. They are experts in dealing with insurance companies. As a woman living alone,I am all too familiar with unreputable companies who take advantage. Not the case here. They are polite, prompt, and deliver exactly what they say. They will go out of their way to please their customers. Please do not hesitate to use their services. Gold Standard Home Improvement put a stone coated metal roof on my house recently. I couldn't have asked for an easier, more stress free process. Mike and Michael were the utmost professionals and experts at their craft. I could not be happier with the experience I had!

Michael, Mike & their team did an excellent job on my roof. They were quick to respond after we experienced significant damage to our roof after severe winds, knowledgeable, hard working and timely. From the beginning of the process, they explained the work that needed to be done in a simple manner and ensured we were happy with the color and quality of materials. They worked directly with my insurance agent to settle the claim, which was much appreciated. They also did a great job on the roof itself - there are lots of steep edges which made it a more complex project but they didn’t cut corners. And, they left the yard in excellent condition. There was no evidence of debris or old shingles remaining. Since I was so pleased with the roof, we also worked with Gold Standard to install gutters our garage. They look great! I would highly recommend Gold Standard Home Improvement for any job. They truly care about the work they do, the quality, and making sure their customers are happy with the outcome.
