They do Not back up their work. I had windows put in. They did damage when installing them. I keep trying to call several times over a year and a half .I Never got a return call. I ended up using a different name and Wow they called back right away. They sent out a young man that had only work for Brinks a few days to look at the damage. He said he would be back out to fix things. A week or so later I got an email from Brinks saying that they were not responsible for the damage. They stated their guy never touched what was damaged. They also said that since it has been 1 1/2 years they are no longer responsible. They are blaming the damage on the last company that put in windows for me. I can guarantee there was no damage from prior work done by other company . The owner never contacted me or came out. I suggested the owner and they 2 men that installed the windows come to my house together. Of course that never happened. Please protect yourself and do not hire BrinksReview from Randal B

This is not a good company have do work for ANYONE. They came and gave us a quote.We decided to have them do it.They came to do it with independent workers.They put the wrong color shingles on and damaged the roof fascia and soffit. I was told at that time the different workers that were coming to put on gutters would fix it. When they came months later to put gutters on they said the roofers should of fixed it.I called the company to tell them they put the wrong shingles on and they said the color I picked was not available.I said then why didn’t you call me to tell me not just put on a shingle you picked?There answer was you got a great shingle.Then a year later they came back to fix fascia and soffit and started to just put one piece on when they said they were going to wrap it.So I said to stop as putting one piece on would have to come back off to fix right.So they stopped then months later I got the rest of the bill then a month later I got a letter from their lawyer saying to pay.So I did pay.So now I’m trying to warn and save other people from this BAD company!!,

I would not use or recommend this company! They are not very good at communicating timeline for work!! They also contract out much of their siding work. They did my roof and in the process caused my gutters to leak and damaged my gutter toppers. After dealing with them and talking to the owner of the company they refused to fix it unless I could prove they damaged the gutters and also claimed to have done work that was not done!! Micheal E**** who is in Wisconsin make promises and then does not follow through until you email and responds with I forgot about you!! Do not use this Company!!!!

We are sorry that you feel this way; we communicated with you along the whole process of your project - from your roof being done to your siding completed. We are a general contractor, so we do have subcontractors that work for us to complete work. You claimed that we caused your gutters to leak and that they were not reattached correctly after the roof was completed, so we sent our gutter guy out to realign your gutters. You still complained of a leak, so we hired a home inspector to come out and look at your gutters and determine if they are leaking due to weatherization & acts of God or due to our roofing reinstallation of gutters. As you know, the inspector stated that the leaking that you are having on the back overhang has nothing to do with gutters it has to do with your metal roof fasteners as the leaking was specific to that area which was not something that we worked on. We suggest that you follow the home inspectors instructions to do some home maintenance & clean the debris off the metal roof and to seal/replace the metal roof fasteners.
