            This company refuses to provide the press release submission services that I paid them for. The company stated that they do not publish press releases that are associated with a FREE email account. They only publish press releases that are associated with BUSINESS email accounts. Since I don't have a business email account, they are not willing to provide the services. Since they are not willing to provide the services, then I want a refund of the fee that I paid them to provide the services. If they can't provide the services that I paid for, then they should not be allowed to KEEP MY MONEY. Please provide a refund to PayPal TRANSACTION# 6CJ645721A231432W. Attached is a screenshot of the email from the company explaining why they cannot publish my press release, and another attachment with my request for a refund that they are refusing to ****** I don't have a BUSINESS email account. I have only a FREE email account. Therefore, a REFUND is the ONLY solution to this issue.
