      Had an absolute horrid experience in the end full of tears, panic attacks and complete depletion of funds to fix. At first setting up, I had all my questions answered and the rep. was great and helpful. I was set up to work with Ace, the Cudahy office through ATLAS Moving company (of which I will also be reviewing). Signed the documents, and not understanding they are "non-binding", thought everything was in order, dates were set (they have a 5 day spread they will show to pack, load and get moving). This was set up 2 weeks ahead of our move. I breathed easy thinking everything was set and ready to go. My husband proceeded me in the multi-state move, leaving me for a week while prepping for Ace to show up. Well, my Ace rep. told me to call him the Friday after setting everything up as he would be able to see the schedule and give me a better more specific date/ timeframe movers would show. He never answered, nor returned my calls or emails. The next week, I called again. No answer no return call. So I called ATLAS, they sent and CC'd me in an email asking Aces rep. to respond. I still received no answer. Now, I found myself in the 5 day spread ACE could show up within 24 notice to me. Called ATLAS agin to get any communications of assurance this was happening. It took me 2 days, and my husband to call to get through. Came to find out ACE movers had cancelled on coming here to move my household on the 15th, where they were supposed to be here between the 21-26. No new movers were scheduled at that time to be here. This final communication was given to me on the 25th. I was then forced to scramble to prepare having to pay another month of rent, extending my utilities and letting my partner know he'd need to continue leasing a rental car as I would not be there with our long commute vehicle I would've been driving to MN and our new home in. ACE never communicated again past the contract signing and all the assurance that my move was covered. I have now assumed many more costs and after calling over 25 companies, it is June 2nd and I have finally found another mover and have to pay now an additional $2,500 over what my costs were of using ACE. I am thankful we have the money to cover this as I know many don't, however the additional costs accrued (Utilities & rent & additional 2 hour drive to get groceries etc. are going to vastly come close to depleting my entire savings. 100% TERRIBLE GOD AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
