    Hired movers to move household goods. The bed was moved, but was not fully assembled. Two screws were lost in transit, leading to the bed being visibly crooked and tangibly unstable. Called business multiple times to ask if they could either advise as to the location of the missing pieces or replace them, and was told to do so myself because it was not their responsibility. The missing screws in question are nonstandard sizes - 8mm x 76mm - and have been extremely difficult to find replacements for, thus making it difficult for me to replace them even if I were to assume responsibility for the movers' losing them.

    I hired Two Men in a Truck from ****** **, 3rd time, to move on 7/5/2023. I paid $265/hour + $100 for full damage insurance. It was the worst move of my life. It was unprofessional. I had 96 hours to report any damage. I saw the damage to a $300 dining room table 7/5. I called them and they said they would send someone to repair it. He said he couldn't repair the damage. I had to call TMAAT back twice to get a response. He said he would try to find another table like mine. Sid called on 8/7. He said he couldn't find a table identical to mine, and because the table was damaged and not broken, it was considered "usable." He offered me $75 for it. The table top had the finish scraped off and gouges in spots. I can't use it, donate or sell it. It's destroyed as far as I'm concerned. I didn't agree and he cut me off several times and bullied me into accepting the offer. He down-played the damage. Sid said "I've had lots of furniture damaged from moving," like it's no big deal. After the 96 hours, I found a 1 x 1/2 inch gouge in the side rail of my bed frame and 2 smaller gouges in the other bed rail, and the top of a night stand was scratched up. I paid $271 for the side rails and $695 for the night stand 8/2020. They also broke off a foot on a microwave/convection oven. I did some checking online and found out they were supposed to give me booklets or links to "Rights and Responsibilities When You Move" and "Ready to Move," which they never did. They do have the RAR link on their website, but they never mentioned it. I never heard of it. They never did a home inspection when I hired them this time or in the past, always over the phone/online. I read in the rights and responsibilities that I am supposed to have 9 months to file a claim for damage. This was a very stressful, exhausting move that they made a lot worse. One of the movers talked non stop for 6 hours. They are not "movers who care" and they don't care about seniors/as claimed per their website.
