I was in a bad car accident. Which I was injured. The police report had me at fault. Which was wrong. I wasn't at fault. I was struggling to get it all straighten out. That's when I reached out to Peter Carman Law Office. Peter spoke with me on the phone and treated me like a normal person. Through the case if I didn't understand something. He would explain it to me. He also was very understanding that I wasn't the best with all the new technologie stuff and helped me through it so I understood. At the end Peter fought my case and pushed himself to get me more then a fare settlement. All and all I definitely recommend Peter Carman. He's a very down to earth guy and easy to work with. He'll fight for you!!!

5 stars Peter handle my wife's comp case even after her passing. He made sure that he took every aspect of her case above and beyond to get what was owed to her. Though it was a long process I didn't give up on him and he worked hard to settle her case. I give 5 stars, Peter worked his *** off for me. I learned more about work comp/PI laws than I could've imagined. Peter was very thorough, personable, he kept me grounded during this emotional roller-coaster of **** for 4+yrs He took time to explain details, pros n cons and his imput, but ultimately he left decisions to me. He was easy to relate to, he pushed me when i was giving up or not being proactive for myself. Peter walked me through every step of the way, and answered any questions, it was a long road, whichvi knew from the beginning. I feel Peter showed great empathy for my situation, and myself. When all I was used to getting was, the runaround and not heard or was stigmatized. Attorney Peter Carman was such a blessing to me in a very dark time in my life. For once it felt like I truly had an advocate who really listened to me and my story, and at some points, he cared more about me and my life than I did. Pete made sure to make me get back into see the doctors when my PTSD got bad again. If your life has been forcefully altered because of an accident/injury, do yourself the biggest favor you could possibly do and contact his office. He sincerely cares about his clients, and he sees you for the whole person that you are; you’re not just another number to him. He’s a top-notch attorney and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the insurance industry. God forbid something happened to one of my friends or family members, I wouldn’t send them anywhere else because I know Pete will fight for them.

I hope no one ever has to go toe to toe with workers comp companies. If you do, you will quickly realize that it's laiden with headaches, heartaches, and nothing is ever simple.Peter is an honest lawyer who will not be afraid to tell you if your case is winnable.
