              5/22/21 - 5/24/21 Contacted support after 2 days of slow service (1.34/1.03 average). 9:21 PM Ethoplex said tier 2 techs were working on the problem. He instructed me to unplug our router, then said we were disconnected; now no internet. I explained that I was at work and asked if the problem would be resolved, he said they were working on it. 11:27 PM Still with no internet, I called Ethoplex for an update. The same tech told me the tier 2 techs were delayed because they didn’t have access to the property, but they were actively there working on it. 1:58 AM Still with no internet, I called Ethoplex for an update. A different tech told me NOBODY WAS WORKING ON THE TOWERS AND AN ADMIN WOULD NOT WORK ON THE PROBLEM UNTIL 8:00AM. Adding insult to injury, he said linemen don’t climb towers at night for our “level of service” meaning small businesses are not important enough to fix the problem! NO CUSTOMER SHOULD TOLERATE BEING LIED TO! BIG OR SMALL, ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE VALUED!

              I work from home and after my ATT DSL internet went down, Ethoplex was able to get me back up and working quickly. Great speed even with multiple devices connected to Wifi. If you live in a rural area with limited internet options, I highly recommend.
