      I have no idea if I have the right one but anyway. I have been trying to get into my account to check claims status. I have tried multiple times to reset my password and nothing. I finally called them and they claimed their website has been having issues. The person I talked to even gave me a new password but it still doesnt work. I may have to try again tomorrow. When I called to find out my claims status, I never did get anyone. It only gave me a prerecorded line. Pretty shady way to do business for another company.

      Do not trust this company. I submitted an insurance claim 4 times for my daughter several times becuase they kept saying some medical code was wrong and the next time some office code was wrong. Finally after correcting eveything and submitting it they denied the claim stating that the Insurance would take effect only 5 days after the policy starts and we cannot claim the particular bill. Firstly what kind of a third party insurance is this? Shouldn't a third party insurance immediately take effect from the enrollment date? They rejected our claim after multiple submisssions if according to them the Office visit couldn't be covered because it was before the coverage could start they should have notified it to us on the very first time upon submission of the claim. I have quoted what they said in the denial of the claim "WAITING PERIOD: COVERED PERSONS WILL ONLY BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE BENEFITS FOR SICKNESSES THAT BEGIN, BY OCCURRENCE OF SYMPTOMS AND/OR RECEIPT OF TREATMENT, MORE THAN 5 DAYS FOLLOWING THE COVERED PERSON'S CERTIFICATE EFFECTIVE DATE OF COVERAGE UNDER THE POLICY." They should be transparent and honest in their communications.

      WHATEVER YOU DO... STAY AWAY!!!! They do not care about your money or even if your policy is active. They will still charge you anyway. I paid them for a solid 6 months straight and there was a "glitch" in their system that kept terminating my policy. At first they tried to fix it -- but it would only stay active for 24 hours or so and then terminate again. Each time they told me it was OK to go to the dentist -- I would go to the dentist and be EMBARRASSED that my insurance wasn't going through. They never offered me a resolution or anything... even told me to stop calling them at one point. So, eventually they got it right and I had no issues. Now 2023 comes along and I get a new dental plan that comes with my medical insurance and I notice they are still withdrawing from my account. I tell them there is an error -- and that I have not renewed for 2023 (I renewed them each year). They respond that no refunds will be given and that its a recurring charge indefinitely until you write them. I renewed after my first year so I do not understand how its just a recurring thing. I filed a dispute with my bank and this company sent the bank a screenshot of the esignature from 2020 that says it ends when you cancel. SO BEWARE.... This company is all about money and they will charge you for YEARS if you do not cancel in writing. Something I signed 3 years ago with fine print is how they justify keeping my money. And if they have a system error for half a year that kept terminating my policy even though that recurring charge kept going through -- not their problem.. they couldn't care less.

      ****, thank you for providing InsuranceTPA.com your concerns regarding your dental policy. The Welcome Email that is submitted to each enrollment specifically states "This plan is ongoing and payments will continue to post until we receive a signed notification of your request to cancel. To cancel, the Primary Insured must send us a signed notification no less than 5 days prior to the established billing date. This will ensure the discontinuation of future charges to your account. Any notification after that will lead to another month of coverage." Therefore your policy auto-renews each year. There has been no "renewing" of the policy on your part. The plan automatically renews each year unless InsuranceTPA.com is contacted by the policyholder with a request to cancel your policy. Your cancelation request was received on 02/23/23 and the policy was canceled at that time. The last two monthly premium payments were declined by your financial institution due to your efforts as a Chargeback. The chargebacks that you performed with your financial insitution resulted in no premium payment for your dental insurance for the past two months. With that said, we cannot refund your premiums as that would result in You technically did not make a payment and kept the monies in your account so no monies were paid to be refunded back to you. Our premium billing system did not reflect you as "terminated". We apologize for any inconvenience that you have experienced. Your situation was never intentional.

      I purchased eye insurance for 1 years coverage for 2021. I never signed up for autopay as I knew I was only going to use this insurance for 1 years time. I never had any point of contact from this company after I signed up for the insurance. Money was taken from my checking in 2022 that I did not catch, which is my own fault. But I caught it this year on February 23, 2023. I have yet to receive an email confirmation saying that the insurance for the year is cancelled and my monies have been refunded, since they never notified me of taking money out of my account. I had sent the email on 03/02/2023 and I have yet to still hear or see anything from them. If I could upload pictures, you would be able to clearly see that my last point of contact was from 02/18/2021 from SASid, Inc. from when I had purchased the insurance. I had never received any sort of email to register for an account with ****************.I purchased with SASid, Inc. but yet my point of contact is through insuranceTPA? What is this and why?

      Thank you for providing your feedback regarding your experience with your vision plan enrollment. This insurance plan is ongoing and payments, of which the policyholder selected, are automatically deducted from the financial institution. The fulfillment packet that you recieved clearly indicated the following "Any payments drafted from your financial institution will show up as InsuranceTPA.com. This policy is ongoing and payments will continue to post until we receive written notification of your request to cancel, and your request is processed." Since we were not notified to cancel the policy, the payments continued to draft from your account. With that said, we have received your request to cancel the policy and your annual premium that was drafted in February will be refunded to your account. This refund will be reflected with your financial institution within the next 5 business days.

      Don’t get this insurance. The website shows 0 provider details when logged into my. Email for support doesn’t work. Customer service number goes to a voicemail. Goodluck.

      Insurance through NAR and there is no way cancel as you keep getting sent to another telephone number which they never answer. Also, the website they say is useful is not. There is no way to contact anyone through the website other than the telephone numbers they NEVER answer. Also, this is through Ameritas Dental Insurance which refers you to THEIR number. Very disappointed that NAR would help this company as they are not reputable or above board on their communications.

      InsuranceTPA.com is the 3rd party administrator for Ameritas realtor dental program. insuranceTPA.com performs the monthly billing function of this product. An email was received on 09/28/22 from *********************** and requested someone to call her back, which is the same day that the BBB Customer Review was received. **********************. We provided an immediate response that if there are questions regarding the dental benefits, to contact Ameritas at ************. There were 4 inbound calls received from ***** on 2 different days during high call volume peaks. We apologize for this inconvenience. On 09/29/22 we called ***********************, however the call was not answered and a voice mail message was left, to contact insuranceTPA.com for questions related to Billing. *********************** has had this policy since 09/01/21 and it was discovered that her only contact with InsuranceTPA.com was on 09/23/22 and 09/26/22.

      Insurance TPA may be a shady but legal business. However, in order to use there health insurance you must become an AUIC member. This AUIC organization has no website, no customer service and comes with an initial and monthly charge. This charge is not advertised when you received you quote. After making multiple calls to the AUICs "customer service" line, which is just a voicemail, I realized the organization name on the voicemail doesn't even match the emails. I believe there is a chance this AUIC business may not actually exist other than billing you monthly. I'm not sure of the legality of this practice but it certainly isn't transparent to the customer.

      InsuranceTPA.com appreciates your comments regarding the **** membership. The **** membership is a bonafide associate for united internet consumers. At the time of the enrollment into the AUiC, fulfillment was mailed **** that identifies the advantages of the enrollment such as access to hearing services, lab discounts, telehealth services, and much more. Each member receives a Welcome Letter that has an ** card attached. The Welcome Letter lists all the advantages of being an association member, which includes the health plan that was chosen. The enrollment into the **** is not specific to the health plan, but many other opportunities regarding your health. Unfortunately, the website for this association has been "down" a few days around 02/11/22. However, the **** website, auic.org is now up and running and available to all association members. We apologize for this inconvenience. **** is a membership and InsuranceTPA.com is the administrator for billing services. InsuranceTPA.com phone number is what is listed on the ** card. If a member is calling regarding a specific benefit through the membership, that benefit will have its own toll-free number to obtain information regarding that particular service, such as telehealth or hearing services. There is an application fee to enroll in the association in the amount of $30.00. The Application reflects the initial payment amount of $45.95 and the recurring amount of $15.95.       I signed up with the Realtors Health Insurance Market place for Telehealth which is ran by this company. I then receive notification I am signed up with MDLIVE. The emails and service are from MDLIVE. I wanted to cancel. I called MDLIVE. They cancel my service I am told. Two more months of billing show up on my card. MDLIVE then tells me I have to contact the Realtors Health Insurance Market place to cancel the billing that they are just a service company. Even though my service had been canceled with MDLIVE for 2 months the Realtors Insurance Plan which is this company will not refund my two months of fees that were paid for absolutely no service provided. How can this business be a health insurance admin company and not have a direct link to the service company when someone cancels and then how can you not do the correct and ethical action which is refund a simple $14 which were paid for a service NOT rendered or available to me. Thank you.

Based on your communication regarding this product with speaking with a Billing Specialist, the refund of your premiums for the last 2 months was processed prior to receiving this customer review from the ********************. A Billing Specialist contacted you at 9:54 am and left a vm msg that your refund was being processed based on your ******** post. A total of $14.00 ($7.00 x2 months) was refunded to your financial institution at that time and you policy has been canceled effectively immediately with MDLive. InsuranceTPA.com is the Billing Administrator for the services offered through the enrollment of MDLive.

      Hello, Please note the date and time of this review shows as posted at midnight after I submitted it yesterday evening to BBB so the refund was not made prior to this review being posted. The refund was made afterward per the times you posted. The review is accurate your customer service rep told me that I could not be refunded on the phone. Only after posting on social media and here was a refund issued. I do appreciate you resolving the issue. I still don't understand why your servicing company is not connected to you as an admin company to notify you when a customer cancels so as not to keep charging the customer. That seems a like a real flaw which results in me contacting two separate companies and spending approximately and hour on hold between the call to your company and 2 calls MDLIVE. Canceling a $7 subscription should not be that difficult in this day and age. A simple login where a person can click a button to cancel their account is all that is needed. Thank you.

      So 0 Stars is no option??? Do NOT waste your hard earned money on this company, it's equivalent to flushing it down the toilet! I paid this company around $500 a month to do absolutely nothing, because I though that some kind of insurance was better than none. I have still had to pay for just about every medical service out of pocket, includin/g covid-19 testing. However, today sealed the deal. I received a letter stating that my recent 8/11/21 visit (for an acute upper respiratory virus) is in question, as it may be due to a pre-existing condition. I have been asked to provide a full list of the doctors that I visited between 3/17/2016-3/17/2021 (Who the heck came up with this???). And if there is "any mistatement and or omission of information" it "may be considered a misrepresentation and result in possible termination of coverage for the insured and all dependents." #1 How is an acute respiratory virus linked to a pre-existing condition, and #2 who the heck has an itemized list of who they saw between 3/17/16 and 3/17/21??? I don't. I had an accident in 2018 that required me to see serveral doctors in both GA and SC, which couldn't possibly have anything to do with the incident in question... I could have easily used that months premium to cover my visit and avoided this conundrum all together. I phoned the customer service line. I confirmed the visit in question because there was only a date included on the letter (no location) and told her what the visit was for. She smugly informed me that the visit details should be included in the letter. I politely informed her that the letter only contained a date of service. I then asked her how it was possible for an upper respiratory virus to be linked to a pre-exisiting condition. She told me that it can be. That's when I pulled my "nurse card" and let her know that was baloney. She then stated that the diagnosis was listed as a viral infection instead of an upper respiratory infection (which is hard to believe being that I work in that particular ER). After informing her that I had no idea who all the doctors I saw were between those dates, she just told me to make sure that I did not venture outside of the given time span when listing them (BIG help). So yeah, I technically got robbed. Glad this was my last month. I just with that I could get my money back; it was such a waste. These companies are delusional and will stop at nothing to avoid paying for services that you pay them to cover. The most simple solution to this would have been for them to reach out to the hospital for clarity on the diagnosis instead of requesting me to produce an impossible list that is bound to be incomplete due to the time span. But hey, I'm sure they know that already. They just want your money. Signed a Nurse who was SCAMMED!

Upon review of the claim where additional information was requested from you, it has been determined that claim was not subject to the need for additional information and has been processed based on plan provisions. The Covid test has been reprocessed and allowed at 100%. InsuranceTPA.com reached out to the insurance company to discuss and approve this decision. Please note that this plan is a short term medical plan and is not subject the Affordable Care Act that major medical policies are required to follow. A short term medical plan has limited plan provisions that cover wellness, accident and castastrophic disesased. An admininstrator has to follow the plan provisions identified in the certificate of insurance. We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. Stay well.

      InsuranceTPA makes it extremely convoluted to cancel your policy. I requested a cancellation, they told me I have to print a har copy and sign and then scan and return to them. I did so immediately. I found out months later they were still charging me. I called and they tole me I didn't submit the hard copy back to the proper email address. They then did not let me speak to a supervisor to better understand the issue, and were rude the entire time. Be careful. "

      InsuranceTPA.com follows approved cancelation procedures set for as an administrator and approved by the insurance companies. A wet signature on a cancelation form is required in order to cancel a policy. This is the requirement for auditing and compliance purposes. The process for cancelations is not in place to be difficult, but it also protects the policyholder from fraudulent activity.
