I requested fence bids from a handful of vendors. My request had enough information for a rough price (dimensions, photos, description). Milwaukee Exteriors Home Improvement was one of only two vendors who read my request and gave me a quote vs just sending me back a generic email. After they gave me an approximate quote via email, I scheduled a free in person estimate with Maria. They had good availability and came out the next available business day, the attention to the clean up was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was very nice & professional. Thank you Milwaukee Exteriors!

We had Milwaukee Exteriors do our upper and back porch in 2022. We were so pleased with how the work was done that we hired them in 2023 to do our front porch. The craftsmanship was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to hiring Edgardo and his crew for our future home projects. We were planning to hire Milwaukee Exteriors for fencing around our home after having Maria survey the property and receiving a quote from them to start in the spring. That was more than two months ago and they been completely unresponsive. We tried emails, calls, and texts but they didn’t respond. If they don’t have the labor or something came up they should have told us instead of having us guess they can’t do it and start over in finding another contractor. ****,I am sorry for not responding as the season ended and we had some personal items come up. I went and visted your property twice - one to give you the quote and two to answer the open items and after this I did not get the aproval to proceed with your fence for the spring. Our customers are very happy with our work and as a small company we do have to shut down for the Winter due to costs.Review from Carla P

We hired Milwaukee Exterior for the expansion of a concrete parking slab and they did a fenomenal job! The team really took their time to move things out of the way and were careful about not damaging the fence that was in the way. I was very pleased with their job and hired the company for various other smaller repair projects at my other properties and have absolutely no complaints about the quality of work! 100% would recommend this team!Milwaukee Exteriors Home Improvement LLC Response

Very happy with our new patio. Frequent communication throughout the project was helpful. Staff very nice and informative. We are thrilled they were able to squeeze us in before the snow started for our patio project. Cost was exactly as we had anticipated and was well worth the money spent. After an extensive conversation with Maria, I very much appreciate the concern from this business. I understand they went beyond expectations to protect my jungle of a yard. I would very much recommend this small business for any concrete work. The workers did a great job and even cleaned up the kitty paws in the cement. Which now I kinda wish we didn’t. Did a good job on my vinyl fencing July of 2021, but we were supposed to get more completed on the opposite side of our home. Weve text, left messages, and still no estimate or replies. I hope their not going out of business, really great company. Please contact us when you start doing fencing again.Review from Alexa P.

Milwaukee Exteriors Home Improvement did a phenomenal job on our vinyl privacy fence. Our project required a substantial amount of land grading before the fence posts could go in, and they not only properly graded, but also laid top soil, grass seed, and straw erosion net. This was not originally part of the project scope, but they were so accommodating and willing to help us out with that! We also ended up changing the layout of the fence half way in, and again, they were so accommodating to our requests. 10/10 recommend!! Thank you so much!!Review from Deb S.
