            I signed a contract on April 16, 2021, to get & have installed a quartz countertop. After discovering I made a color mistake, I returned the next morning and after talking to the owner, **** I was shown a granite countertop which I loved and agreed to pay $3,600, making a $1,800 downpayment. *** changed my contract and the office's. After weeks waiting for measurement and problems on KRG side, ***** came on July 23rd and installed 3 of the 4 kitchen countertops. He said he measured one wrong, 35" instead of 53". He called his shop and they said they had enough to cut the fourth piece. ***** came back on July 26th, and installed a top that did not match the other 3. I paid in full. I called that day and have made numerous calls, texts and left messages. All I get are excuses. I am an older woman and I want to be treated fairly; I believe they are lying to me. I want all four of my countertops to match. It is over 5 months. It is a small job and I want my kitchen finished!

            I did my research prior to picking/ trusting KRG to do our kitchen countertops for a kitchen addition. In the beginning they took to time to help me pick out the countertop that I wanted to match what our current kitchen had and they came out in 1 week as promised to install the counters. Then 1 week after having our new counters, I noticed that their were spots that would catch rags, paper towels when cleaning the top and their are even sharp spots on top that cut my hand. I reached out to the company more than 5 times now since reporting this issue and requesting them to come back out and fix it due to the safety issue and they keep putting me off saying when they get time as they are busy. I paid extra for the 15 year sealant warranty to be applied on top and there are spots that need to be gone over again. The company is not making existing customers a priority and are taking new jobs instead. If you have any issues with your counters with them good luck on getting anything fixed. They do not honor their contracts if anything goes wrong. At least, this has been our experience so far. We are now going on almost 3 weeks of waiting for them to fix our counters after contacting them to do so.
