      Delivered a generator ith broken motor mounts and bell housing. They refuse to replace or repair the generator.

      Absolute worse Generator Company. Took nearly a year to receive our generator and then found the switch recommended by AP was wrong. We returned it and they refused to refund and also kept the merchandise.

      Do not order from this company. I ordered a generator on 11/22/2021 and had a three month wait. I was periodically checking in with the manufacturer and everything was on schedule. A week before the expected ship date (3/18/2022) I get an email saying my order has been refunded. When I reply back I get a response saying they have no reason. I got on the phone with management (Dominique) and his response was that the owners told him to cancel orders since the prices went up (Even though I had already paid). They didn't call or email before canceling the order and wouldn't work with me at all.

      AVOID this Company. Ordered a generator, transfer switch, pad, and battery. Battery was lost in shipping. They provided no help and were quite rude. Telling me that its my problem, that i signed for it and that "everyone knows" batteries are shipped separate. Asked to speak to management and never received a call. Luckily for me, R&L shipping was quite helpful and found my lost item

      Was sold a generator without proper information on their website excluding off grid use of said generator. Generator broke down at 140 hours on it and Kohler paid to fix it. Contacted Company and they never said it was not approved for my use. They told me to call a tech locally and Kohler would fix it. Now it has broken down again not even 75 hours since it broke down last. Have had it for almost a year and have not used and abused it at all. Call tech and they say kohler won't pay this time because it is not being used how it should be. Call Ap electric and they say they will look into it and get back with me. Yeah, a week later and the supervisor DOM is avoiding all of my calls and messages about getting this fixed. I expect a $4000 generator would last longer than 220 hours. The parts to fix it cost over half of what I paid for the generator, so I will not be paying out of pocket to fix it. I just want my prorated money back for the thing I was sold to under false pretences and call it even and a lesson learned on their part. Doesn't look like I will get that, So I will raise my voice as loud as I can so I can avoid this problem for other people.

      Ordered a Generator in September it is now December and no one from this company knows anything about the whereabouts of my paid in full product? People don't know what they are doing they don't keep notes on their systems. they have not responded to emails or phone calls, so I reached to Generic themselves to get them involved and still waiting to hear back from them as well!!! Will never order another product from this company PERIOD!

      I spoke with ****, the customer this morning and she in fact does have the generator and it was in the timeframe that we anticipated to our customers. Due to back logs, it is frustrating for customers and we are sorry for this and also I communicated to her that we are taking her complaint very seriously and are improving our staff so we provide excellent customer service.
