ARC did a fantastic job siding our house and completed it in a week. The team was very professional and excellent to work with. The project managers kept us updated on all stages of the project and offered suggestions.Review from Ken M

A shower that they installed only five years ago has developed a crack. Being under LIFETIME warranty, I contacted them five months ago. While they did send a rep to look at it, nothing has been done since, in spite of five phone calls. They actually suggested that I contact the manufacturer, which, in actuality, is their responsibility. To date, I still have a defect in the shower.Review from Greg W

Class A work. The communication from start to finish exceed my expectations. I'm a first time homeowner and I had a tree land on the side of my house, so I called ARC to come and meet with my adjuster and hopefully begin work ASAP. They were able to work diligently with my insurance company, got material ordered within days, within 2-3 weeks material arrived and they got it installed within a day. Throughout the process I was notified every step of the way from materials being ordered, to when they would arrive and finally when the crew would come out to complete the job. Very grateful, I'd highly recommend them to others. My neighbors are using them now for a complete new siding and window face-lift.Review from Aan B

Didnt do job to code.I repeat didnt do job to code.Took them 5 months. Ordered a door wrong had to reorder it took over a month. The one door had electrical by it arc doesnt do electrical. And they didnt finish the inside trim of the door. I did both things myself.Im dumb founded why a contractor doesnt need the city to inspect the work but if I did it myself they would. But why is it I know what code is and they do not?!?Negative starts. Call someone else.Honestly I paid them 4300$ cash. Id take a refund for the 2000$.Review from Stacy R.

This company would get negative stars. It's been a year since they put my siding on. The crew that worked on my house didn't complete the job. They ruined my steel roof putting screws in it. All I've heard are excuses on many things that are wrong. I can't believe that some of the people that work there are capable of doing the job. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this place. Still waiting on the roofing material so I can fix my roof. Don't trust them to do it.F+Review from Rebecca C

Poor customer service - Scheduled an appointment for an estimate on a siding repair but no one showed up and no phone as to why. When a few weeks went by with no phone call I messaged them via Facebook. The message reply response I got was apologetic. The phone call I received a few days later was not and basically called me a liar. Stated they would not come out for anything less than $2500. They also emailed me all my phone conversations which ended with them telling me the warranty supervisor would call but he never did. They told me to go to Menards and hire a handyman. After my interaction with them they blocked me on Facebook which I find rude since I did not use any foul language or anything that was not truthful. I guess that means the warranty for the siding and windows I have is not valid. When I first used them which was probably over 10 years ago they were trustworthy and reliable but I would not use those words to describe them today.

I was trying to give it a half star. We ordered windows, a door, a partial roof, and gutters, the first week of June. It is now mid January, and the job is not complete. They put the windows in wrong, they installed the wrong hardware in the door, and the gutters leak like a sieve. Avoid this company! Sloppy and unprofessionalReview from Brenda C

We had roof and siding completed. They were storm chasers acting like a “local” Waunakee company, they fooled us. Several years later we started having ice dams on our roof. They never hooked our kitchen Vent back up the roof!!! To top it off, And not only that they installed a new roof “vent” that is not even compatible with the tube we had coming up from the kitchen. This company is terrible. Caused damage to our home. Run!!! Terrible customer service. When we went into the attic to find the problem we called to check on it, and they pretend like we were never a customer. Low life sleazy liars. AVOiD like the plague.

We signed contract for new roof, siding and large window replacement in June of 2020 after a storm created damage. Estimator came out and gave us quote. We could not find other contractors at time so were stuck. Arc missed appointments they made after I took off work, and had window people that were in over their head with large odd window that they said they could take care of. They subcontract everything which is prob a good thing. Roofers were great. Prob over paid a ton so look outside of arc for that. Siding people nice but had siding pieces falling off 2 times now and still dealing with discolored siding. I have complained to VP and there is NO communication or accountability. It took 1 year and 2 months to get window as they ordered wrong sizing and incompetence. Nail holes had to be repaired by myself as I was sick of calling. They stapled cheap trim up to try and cover window opening. Strongly suggest not using company. They keep taking customers but dont take care or finish projects they started. Awful experience!
