I had the pleasure of dealing with “My Fireplace Blower LLC”. A pleasure because I was in a real pickle removing and replacing a blower fan in my Majetic gas fireplace. The company, and especially Ross, took much time to help me overcome what I thought was an insurmountable obstacle mostly caused by me not having received an owner’s manual. Without their very helpful expert assistance, I could not have completed the job on my own. And, they sent me the missing a manual. I give them a TOP rating for customer service. When you reach out to MFB directly, you will talk to a human who knows their products in detail and is committed to solve any install challenges you may face. Who knew such excellent customer service still exists?! Our new 55+ community reached out to MFB to inquire about upgrading the basic Heat ‘n Glo fireplaces installed by the builder in our open floor plan homes. Over a period of several weeks, MFB worked closely with us to select the proper parts and individually processed each order for each homeowner. At one point, when we hit a roadblock with several older model fireplaces, MFB even made custom wiring harnesses to simplify the install process for us & expedited shipping of those harnesses! Nearly 30% of our community participated in the upgrades. All received a blower and hand-held remote. Installation took less than 30 minutes (including homeowner training). No electrical experience was required — everything simply snapped/plugged together. Did I mention that I am a 70+-year-old woman and did most of the installs? As for cost, MFB saved our homeowners over 50% when compared to purchasing parts locally with installation. Although our community is in Georgia, we have had a cold winter. Every homeowner who participated in the upgrade is thrilled with the heat output and the ability to adjust the fireplace’s flame height and blower speed to deliver the desired heat level and ambiance – all via remote control from the comfort of their favorite chair! Even the dogs are loving it!! After two months of operation, we’ve not had a single issue. My Fireplace Blower DOES set the standard for excellence. 100% — they would be my #1 choice when looking to meet your fireplace needs.

5 stars is not enough. Customer service above and beyond. I have a very old cast iron insert and the fan/blower has not worked in years. I spoke to their rep for at least 45 mins on the phone diagnosing and sending pictures since the stove is old and not common. Finally the rep ordered me a control you, very inexpensive, as solution step 1. Welp it was solution all. Rewired the control unit and fan kicked up like it was brand new. Cant say how happy and satisfied I am with the level of customer service. If only every website and store put that much effort. Would reccomend to anyone and everyone!

Jay from My fireplace blower was able to find me a kit for my fireplace that was under $175, the equivalent kit was over $350 from the retailer. He was able to provide instructions and delivery was super quick!

Top-notch customer service, helped me diagnose a rattling blower unit and then shipped a replacement out when we determined the current unit couldn't be fixed properly. They RMA'd it no problem and the new unit shipped out lightning fast. They were laid-back about when they'd be receiving the old unit as well due to scheduling issues with my installer. A+ all around!

GREAT customer service, Jay went out of his way to find the correct blower for my very old fire place. They made a custom blower and duck work for me, the fireplace experts in ******** **. said it could'nt be done, Will recomend My Fireplace Blower to anyone.

This is a top notch business! Their pricing can't be beat, and their people CARE about their customer's needs. I had the privilege to have conducted business with them during their busiest portion of this last year. Ross was working the weekend, doing all he could to get back to customers in a timely manner. I could say, "He went OUT of his way to help me!" But that would be incorrect, as it had become clear to me that this was "ALWAYS his way." When there was a glitch in me being able to fill out the order form for the as yet, unlisted on the web site blower, that perfectly met my unusual need, Kathy, upon answering my call, was able to immediately expedite the process. I was also glad to make a bit of acquaintance by phone with Jim, who had the same "I'll do all I can to help you" attitude as Ross, and Kathy. My blower came quickly, and I was able to readily adapt it to my somewhat rare blower housing for a Consolidated Dutch West fireplace insert stove.
