Absolutely the best customer service that I have ever experienced! Twice in the last several years, I experienced a malfunctioning weather station. Both instances were handled immediately at no cost to myself. I will continue to be an advocate for this business! Thank you La Crosse!Review from Kip C

Planned obsolescence. When their systems are working - and it usually takes 3-5 telephone calls, approximately 120 hours of hold time, and the patience of **** to deal with them - things are good. If you have a problem, you will have that problem for the rest of the warranted life of the product, which is rather limited. There are other providers of these weather systems, I have found them, and I am no longer a customer for LCT because of this. Pertinent issues: connecting to wifi, keeping the time correct before during daylight savings times, the rain gauge that never worked more than 10 days, and other related issues. So long LCT, I'm out.Review from Robert A

Lacrosse technology customer service is incredible. The only company I have ever dealt with in my entire life that was even close to their level of care and customer service was the Ritz-Carlton. If you're looking for a weather station you cannot find a better company out there. The weather stations are easy to set up accurate and can be purchased at a great price. I cannot say enough about lacrosse technologies. You have a customer for life.

Their outside transmitters leave something to be desired, bad out of the box to not lasting for minimum periods and not pro-rating their bad product. I've bought three and had problems with both outside units and no customer service. I'll try another brand next time, no customer loyalty what so ever.Review from Betty B

I have had my Lacrosse WS-1025 on my boat in Nashville for at least "ten years" (10 years+). I have counted on it's accuracy and it's never been wrong. I have recommended this unit to most everyone in my marina. Know one has been dissatisfied (0). Today l'm ordering another one for a spot in another weather challenging state.

The TX series temperature sensors are junk. I have had two different La Crosse products and the sensors for both products lastest a little over two years. Replacement sensors are $25 with shipping and one of the products could be purchased for $19 at the local Walmart. The other model was more expensive so I purchased a new sensor and it didn't last a full year. I have had three othe brands over the last 36 years and none have had this unacceptable failure rate.

We do apologize for the difficulties you have had with our sensors. All of our units come with a minimum one year warranty so if you experienced a unit that "didn't last a full year" we would be happy to replace it.Review from Jeff L

La Crosse's Anywhere Monitoring app is not compatible with Android OS12 and they are basically hiding that from the 40% of Americans that use Android. The V61 weather station was purchased at Costco (La Crosse price $189) can not be connected to the app- the main feature- I was told a similar station without the app connectivity was available for $49. So we got a $49 product for $189. No offer to exchange from La Crosse, no taking our contact information to let us know if new software becomes available. Just take it in the chops America.

The V61 can be connected to the App on Android OS12 devices. The weather station needs to connect to the user's home network during the initial set up process and there are several ways that that can be accomplished. I reached out to this company as the spinner had stopped working on the weather station and it was still under warranty. The representative told me that I had dropped or damaged or installed it incorrectly as the bearing is a part which never fails. LOL. I told him that I had not dropped or damaged or installed it incorrectly and that he was being ridiculous. I then returned it to Canadian Tire with no problems at all. Very unhelpful customer service with this company.
