After dealing with this company it is evident that no one is actively working on my file. Its sad to think they've been in *********** years and how many people they've potentially messed over. Mthly installments until ****** paid in full, after acct paid in full there is little/no communication from them. I've called, texted and emailed for results. The only items removed from my reports are items scheduled to fall off anyway. The main things I hired them for are still there. I subscribed to a monthly credit monitoring service (per their request) which was $34 per month giving them access to updates and still no results. The owner *************************** will never return a call. One representative told me he was not ALLOWED to work my file I guess because they had newer clients that took priority, another young lady had the nerve to tell me maybe I should call the credit bureau's myself to dispute the info- I responded but that is why I hired your company, if I need to call myself you need to tell the owner I need my money refunded- to that she had no response. I see by the complaints on this forum I am not the only person he is doing shady business with. Its a money grab business because as soon as they have your money its a wrap with no results. The person in sales sold well and told me my file would be easy with no BK's etc. They NEVER correspond with you unless you call 24/7 blowing up the *********** still get the run around. A representative had the nerve to ask me for the account numbers of the accounts I am disputing which goes to show they were NOT working on my file. They have the log in info to everything but always ask you for everything over and over again like you are brand new, they don't want to take any initiative to work on your behalf as promised. (I know all reps names) The owner post MANY UTube videos saying he know this and he know that but NO results- again the UTube is just another monetization. I seek a full refund of my hard earned money.

Please DO NOT waste your time with hiring this company to help repair your credit! I started with this company April 2023 after watching videos on ******* to repair my credit. I eventually came across ******'s videos on ******* and I was convinced that this was good company to do business with. It is August 11, 2023 and nothing has been deleted off my credit report. I've requested a full refund in July and thats when they had ****** call me. Now that it is August and still no change. I requested a refund again from this company, but I still haven't gotten a response yet. I should've done my research on this company before doing business with them. This company is a scam! They also lied about things being deleted from my credit report. However, when I looked at all 3 of my credit reports nothing was deleted. When I addressed this with ****** she told me "When they import the updated credit report from ********** there is a glitch and it will falsely tell them items were removed when they really were not"....As a credit repair company why would you not actually look at the updated credit report and visually confirm that the items were in fact deleted?! As a client I should not have to constantly monitor for their mistakes if I paid them....Oh yea, don't waste your time with them trying to convince you to sign up with a monthly subscription with ********** because they use the Vantage scoring model just like credit karma. 90% of credit lenders use the **** scoring system so the score that is on ********** DOES NOT get used by most lenders. Once again STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

************ is not being truthful I'll list the information we had deleted and I'll share exactly why he is saying this about our company. This is unfair and he just wants to get free services. We also refunded him not because he deserved it. Because we would not like to do business with him. He is making statements to hurt our company when we did so much to help him.
