I reached out to Premier Building Solutions in September of 2021 about repairing my basement that was damaged by a leaking pipe. I was told over the phone that they would absolutely schedule me for an estimate, but we were looking at work starting around 1/25 (2022). I agreed to wait until November 16th for an estimate. After pinging James for the estimate on 1/2/2022, I received a very rude email about how he had some personal outages and that I was wrong about work being able to start in January. I knew about his outages and even offered him well wishes when he was in my home in November. In my "nudge" email, I was kind and simply said that I wanted to know what timeframe I would be receiving the estimate and that the work would start since I was hoping it would be done by mid-Feb. I am appalled at the response I received and the fact that I couldn't get a simple apology for a mistake/miscommunication without a bunch of qualifiers and rude implications that I was demanding work to be done or begrudging the outages I knew James would be taking. I would not recommend this business if you are expecting clear and kind communications.
