      I want to thanks Mina or Nina not sure how her name was pronounced but she seemed to be the supervisor I talked to over the phone. I was very frustrated with my situation & she managed to stay 100% professional with me throughout the whole time, not only that but found a temporary solution to my problem while everything gets resolved. Great costumer service!

      This bank just ****** me off for the LAST time! Been a customer for 30 years I just found out today that all my grandchildrens accounts have been CLOSED! North shore claimed that since I havent put any money in or taken money out of them, that every quarter the bank deducted $5.00 from their accounts! Who the h*** does that! Then the bank claimed that our mail was undeliverable therefore the mail was returned and thats why they deducted $5.00 each quarter from their accounts! I have lived at my home for 28 years! OMG Im furious. None of my grandchildren have any money in their accounts..

      This bank will only respond to concerns with canned answers. I have a very specific problem with the posting on my loan. I keep getting the same answer copied and pasted over and over again. The bank is not reading and addressing my very clear problem. I have started the refinance process in order to get away from this bank.

      Dear NSB, I have contacted your customer service multiple times to try to get unenrolled from sending me marketing garbage. Your organization is completely in violation of the opt-out policies. You have made it impossible to opt out. Not only is opting out not possible via your website, but you also refuse to take these requests via the customer service line.I had a horrible experience with NSB that cost me literally $400,000. Yet I get surveys and marketing materials from the creator and causator of my pain, which is one of your loan origination officers. The worst part is that despite filling out information stating what my mailing address was at the time of the transaction, your marketing team is so inept that they send marketing information to my rental property. This is an operational security problem. And then I tried to fill out one of cpisurveys that was listed on a mailer that NSB sent to one of my rental properties. And the survey does not work. It loads and says that it cannot locate the personalized web page.When you have no interaction, no engagement, no response from a person in over a year, stop marketing to them. They don't want to hear from you.

      Do not waste your time at this location the manager is prejudice, we went in for service that we know their capable of doing because Ive done it hundreds of times the manager gave us a hard time was very rude and said Im not going to do it for you we left went to the next closest north shore bank and they assisted us with it right away no problem just as they always have the manager out of all people should have customer service and she was rude as ever I will be contacting Corprete.
