I have been taking my car to Gesell's for years. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have not had any issues with the service on my vehicle. I get my car back in a timely manner.

I was in Wisconisn on vacation and I had a fuel pump issue. I called around nobody could get it in till I called these guys. they had my truck for 2 weeks while I had to leave it there and go home to Michigan. after two weeks i had to come back and pick it up where they insisted that they had it in and looked at it and said it was a wiring issue and mice had ate all the wires. after paying over two thousand dollars to get it shipped back to michigan. took it to a local shop and they discovered these guys had not even looked at our vehical. they charged me $400 and did not do one single thing to our vehical. I WOULD ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

*****, My name is *** and I'm the owner of ******** Automotive. First off I'm very sorry for your experience. I have been in business for the past 23 years and this is not how we service our customers. At the time of your visit (not making excuses) but I was out of state for medical reasons. Had I been here you would have been driving your truck back home. ***** is a good tech but he is learning diagnostics. I believe he was trying to help you but I also believe he was over his head in the day-to-day operation of the business. If you would like to call me i like to talk to you further. I was also informed that you picked up the truck with a car dolly, so I don't understand the tow amount. Also the other tech said he drove you 1 Hr away so you could get a vehicle get home.
