I have had an AWFUL experience with these people and they seem to be trying to make things difficult for me. Yesterday I had it all lined up with *** about the purchase of a Cadillac Escalade and today it was no deal, not going to happen. Because time is a sensitive thing and I have NO idea where I'm going in *********, I asked if they could do a sale at their satellite location 10 minutes closer to me, in a better known area for me. Yesterday it was fine, today it was absolutely not allowed.Here's how the story goes.My name is ****, I'm a well established early 30's male with an 800+ credit score and I've bought probably over 40 vehicles in my life. I'm federally bonded and Insured and have extensive knowledge about consumer lending and how car dealerships works.I found the exact car I wanted, a **** ************** Escalade, at Diamond Jim's in Greenfield **, which is a suburb of ********* **.My first phone call was to Diamond Jim's dealer asking if the vehicle was for sale, and if they had any delivery options? As I work the same hours they do, I have a very hard time getting someone else to go with me up there, one of my parents is disabled, and the other one works the same hours as I. To answer my question, no, there was no delivery option, end of story.My 2nd phone call to this dealer I got a hold of a gentleman named ***. He sounded on the phone that he wanted to do anything to sell me a car. I got my cash in order for what I needed to bring as a cashiers check, I thought for sure this was going to be a done deal easy no problem. He even offered to come get me, at my house, bring me to the dealer, and have the sale done at the Satellite dealer that was closer for me. THIS is customer service, or so I thought. I gave him my credit card number, I put a $100 deposit down Upon making plans I was going to get it Saturday, when *** had originally suggested to pick me up around 7 am so we could make the deal at around 830 that Saturday morning. Now, I had a friend Volunteer to go with me now, so I figured I would Save *** from making a trip and we can make this an easier process.The dealer is now unwilling to transit the vehicle for me to the location closer to me which is 10 minutes away from their current location. Yes its 10 minutes, but I'm the customer and I've now had to waste two days of my time dealing with these people, writing reviews, and reading other terrible reviews for these people. I feel like I've been let down, many many times in just a 2 day time span.
