      Poor service. I dropped my vehicle off the night before the appointment and was asked when I needed the car returned by. I said I needed by end of business day the following day (day of appointment). The service rep said that would not be an issue. On the afternoon of the appointment date, I had to call the service department 45 mins before they closed, only to find out that my car was not done and that the repair had always been scheduled for a day and a half. No one had ever mentioned needing a day and a half for repair. In fact, the letter I got from Chevy.GM regarding the repair said if would take half a day to fix. Very frustrated and will not be doing any more business with Boucher.

      My name is Darrell C***** I purchased a 2018 Dodge charger hellcat from Boucher Chevrolet, Inc. April 29, 2021, I financed the car for $75,000, and I put a down payment of $4000 down. As I was driving on May 22, 2021 the car started smoking then caught fire, I contacted the dealership the same day of the fire, I spoke with the sales representative that helped me get the vehicle (Jason), and explain to him about the situation of the vehicle catching on fire, and that I had the car for less than 3 weeks, Jason told me that there was nothing they could do for me, advised me to call back the next morning to speak with a manager, I spoke with the manager and the manager told me there was nothing they can do, because the car had a faulty part from 2017 when most of the dodge chargers that were built in that time frame was recalled. In order to have a window disclosure in the vehicle window (which the vehicle that I purchased had one) a mechanic would have had to sign off on it, stating that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle I purchased, which the disclosure didn't state anything was wrong with the vehicle. I tried to get the information from Progressive my insurance company, and was told that I would have to produce a subpoena in order to get the documents on what cause the fire, Lisa the insurance agent advised me that it was the battery or the brake line that cause the fire to my vehicle, it was a lot of going back in forth between the dealership in the insurance company it is very frustrating for me, cause i lost money that I saved for a year and a few months to get the car that I wanted, I feel as though I was taken advantage cause the dealership refuse to do the right thing by me. Well Boucher Chevrolet send me the title of the vehicle on July 18, 2021, I kept asking both the dealership and the insurance company (Progressive) where was the vehicle, I got the ran around in-regard to that answer, found out last week (May 2022) that they sold my vehicle.

      I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Equinox - the msrp was 39285 and I ended up paying more then 42000 I was never told up front about the price difference. After I questioned them they said it was for various insurance charges
