They merged into a reputable local accounting firm in our smaller community. No one from company reached out on a personal level to introduce themselves or respond to tax questions. I didn’t know my primary accountant for about 8 months. I would caution anyone looking for a new accounting firm to look else where. If you use this company for business or personal preparation, be prepared to overshadow their work because they had several oversights costing me filing penalties and late fees because they could not meet deadlines or do the return accurately. After a very rocky 1st-2nd Q 2024 with getting my return corrected for submittal, they increased my fee 206.25%. I’d have better accuracy if I did myself.Review from Terrance W.

I used them to do my 2021 taxes after a divorce. It involved a large settlement of my buyout of a family company. I was referred to them.Even though, I knew they wouldn't need everything I brought. I made sure to take every piece of paperwork that I had from the divorce settlement. The taxes were filed and the state sent me my refund.However, the federal return was flagged. Then soon after that, I received a letter from the state saying that I was being audited.I right away called this company to see what was going on. After checking into things. ( Which they charged me for! ) they said that they didn't have all of the information from me. Which was not correct at all. So my preparer re-done my taxes. Which once again they charged me for.After that, I found out, that because of his mistake, I had to pay the state back. As for the federal return. It is now 3/3/2023 and I have yet to receive my return.This company is horrible and I highly recommend that you do not take your taxes to them. Unfortunately, it cost me over $1000.00 to find that out.Review from Michael S

avoid - they've changed management recently - essentially the same body of work, but 25% increase in time and cost billed to client. I would encourage businesses to look elsewhere for their CPA services.
