I cant say enough about *************************** and their stellar commitment to customer satisfaction. Ive been dealing with a lot of questionable contractors lately due to all of the work Ive done on my house this year. *************************** was by far the best experience. ******* was my first contact. He was on time, friendly and did not try to pressure, oversell or overcharge me. The quote he provided me was on par price wise and was very detailed. He was also very knowledgeable about payment options and timelines. The admin staff, *******, *******, ******** were all awesome at their jobs. They kept me updated on all of the logistics of the project, and promptly and professionally solved any issues that came up which were very few.The installers were the stars of the whole operation. *********** and his partner (I wish I could remember his name) were on time, very professional and took great care of my home. They made sure my space was protected from the elements and left the site clean and tidy afterward. I had a last minute request regarding the trim, ***** listened and did his best to accommodate the request. His we will do everything we can to make sure youre happy with the results attitude was the icing on the cake for me. Overall, I rate the entire experience, 5 out of 5.Review from Ezekiel M

This company did great work for us on a new set of exterior french doors, replacing an old sliding glass door. It was a custom size opening, and initially the install was too tight, but ******** and **** did a great job completely revising the install free of additional charge to get the door functioning perfectly. ******** and ****, the two-man team that was sent to do two full stories of windows, were fabulous. Work was impeccable and any issues that came up were handled seamlessly and in an stress-free manner. Their attitude was lovely as were both of them as individuals. Whoever does the hiring at this company does a wonderful job. I am very happy with our new windows and would highly recommend this company to others.

Lake Washington Windows & Doors exceeded my expectations. We had an opaque window installed in our bathroom and they came out and measured and recommended a particular type of glass. We were told the turn around time would be about 3-4 weeks but after two weeks they came and installed the new beautiful window. The crew that came out was efficient and had the new window installed in about an hour and cleaned up after themselves. They also put on shoe covers when they entered our house. The window is a great fit and adds a nice touch to our master bath. The receptionist, sales person and installation team had exceptional and professional customer service. Great experience in every way, from the first email informing me of their 50% off sale, to the final day of install of 7 windows and 1 sliding door. The crew were knowledgeable, worked quickly and quietly, protected the floors and cleaned up everything. 5 stars for great work done (installed 2 exterior doors and a garden window, replacing old ones). They communicated well throughout the process, from beginning to end and were responsive to our concerns and requirements.Workers showed up on time, were clean, respectful of our privacy (we work from home), and did quality work.We couldn't be happier with the new doors and window. The additional effort they made install new thresholds, trim, seals, and hardware is sincerely appreciated.5/5 would recommend.Review from Deborah P

I can highly recommend this company. I needed three new doors, and they were knowledgeable and professional from helping me select the product, to measuring and planning the installation, to executing the installation, to attending the small details afterward. Professional every step of the process from initiation to completion of our fourteen window and door replacement project. ***, our rep, answered all our questions, provided suggestions, and worked to get ** competitive pricing. Great communication from support staff to keep us appraised of our order and expected installation schedule. Our installation crew lead by ***** was polite, proficient and completed our project ahead of schedule. Any hardware issues we identified were addressed and resolved. A few dings here and there but nothing major. One small missed communication regarding a manufacturer discount which I believe has been resolved.
