I had many HORRIBLE experiences with these guys!! I know theres not many vets in our area, but Id avoid them at all costs! Very rude and impersonal from a customer service standpoint. I wanted to get my dog spayed. I had an appointment for her yearly check up and bloodwork at 2:20. After taking off work early, dealing with roundabout construction and traffic through *******. I pulled into the parking lot at 2:25. Got my high energy puppy leashed and out of my vehicle before I realized that you cant enter the building because of Covid protocol. And with my puppy pulling on the leash, I tried to text them. When I finally notified them that I was there for my appointment, it was 2:28. They called me and told me that they would only be able to do the bloodwork because I was SO late and that I would need to come back for her check up. Which was extremely disappointing because I was only eight minutes late, but understandable upon examining my **** I realized that they had charged me $60 for a missed appointment fee. Which is ridiculous because, I was only eight minutes late. Also I was there for my appointment and I have a receipt. And had to come back and pay them again for another appointment. So basically they tried to triple charge me..
