Sold us a car that was in three auto wrecks and isn't worth any value for the price of a new car

I want to start by saying buying my car was not a typical scenario by any stretch of the imagination. I bought the car sight unseen while I was working on the East coast and had them deliver it before I returned home. The process was a bit difficult and getting the salesman to do everything he agreed wasn't without issue (I.E. delivering the car before I arrived) but in the end he followed through none the less. I had the car and drove back to the East coast with it and it was as described and it is amazing and I love it. However, a week and a half later the engine lost the #1 cylinder and was at that point undrivable. Luckily I am a mechanic and was able to diagnose the issue but the company was rightfully apprehensive about paying for any repairs as they have NO LEGAL OBLIGATION to help me. It is a used car and was sold as is, it was completely on me... All said and done after purchasing a used engine with less miles and all fluids and components needed to install it costed me around $6000 to replace with me doing all the work myself. The company did compensate me $1500 which is better than a kick in the teeth and keeping in mind they had no obligation to do anything. The long and short of it is if I would have still been in the Seattle area I am sure they would have done the work at no cost and probably picked up more of the bill. I love the car and I felt like they conducted themselves very professionally and did something to help me when they didn't have to do anything. In the end, I would buy from them again and most likely will. I appreciated their customer service and considering the difficult situation we were in I am giving them 5 stars.

I bought an Audi at the location in aurora avenue in Seattle, and when I got a loan statement in the mail for twice the amount I was told would be needed from the dealership, I was understandably upset. I called, and when they answered the finance manager, ****, was extremely rude to me, told me it was my fault for not looking at the paperwork correctly, and that I should have understood that would be the amount. It was deeply unprofessional and scammy behavior- they never told me I would need to apply for that amount, and when I asked them to confirm the smaller amount in the meeting they said it was correct. These people do bad business and are untrustworthy- they also dont clean the cars they sell. I took my new Audi to be detailed afterward and the detailer said he had to **** years of stains and smells out of the carpet that first national just covered up with a gross sweet smelling spray. Id advise you to look elsewhere for your new car.

They bait & switched me, sold me a car that has structural damage that they didn't disclose for top dollar. Don't waste your time and money with these people.
