              They gave me the wrong hotel and would not change to the right one within an hour of making the reservation. Hotel was in same city but still twenty five minutes away. hotel would have worked with the change. But travelscape said I would still be charged for the mistake.

              Booked an overnight stay for a client. Hotel we booked with was filthy and front desk was rude to my client. Had my clients leave and stay at another hotel. Tried to get a refund and contacted company several times. With no luck, they kept denying my refund because hotel said we failed to pay a deposit. Explained they were requiring a $50 CASH deposit without a receipt. Hotel kept lying about the whole situation. Expedia needs better practices when it comes to complaints and refunds. I had to spend 5 days fighting with expedia and the hotel to never get a refund. Luckily my bank reversed the charge next day. My bank should not have to pay for these bad practices.
