              I had a car impounded here because someone stole it and so when I called the towing company, they told me over the phone that it would be cheaper to get it released during their normal office hours. They gave me an estimate of $507.21 if I came into the office that day to get it released and an estimate of $463.05 if I came in during normal office hours on Monday to get it released. What they failed to mention is that there is a daily impound fee - which added at least $250 to my total ****. How a customer service representative could omit such a glaring detail is borderline dishonest or just plain lazy.I also was reviewing the documentation and I noticed they failed to accurately record my license plate number on their form which means that the forms they submitted to the court house were improperly recorded. I did request a towing service from them and that part of the business was just fine.
