You expect a vendor to resolve a problem with their service but for me Spa Depot quickly fixed an issue that was clearly an issue with the shipping carrier. Great service!

I have been looking for months for replacement cyclone jets for my spa. I have searched dozens of websites looking for one that would fit. By far, your website had the best pictures with full dimensions so I was able to find then order the correct ones. All nine jets fit perfectly! Fast delivery as well.

This is a well run company. Ordering is easy. They save your past orders, so you can see the part number you ordered. Saves looking it up. Over a holiday weekend, they processed my order immediately. No delay. Sent out for shipping right away. I received it quickly. Just the people you want to deal with. Tightly run system. I get to spend my time in the hot tub, instead of writing emails.

Arrived by ***** last Wednesday 3/22/23. I installed it yesterday 3/24/23. Everything is working perfectly after an adjustment to the pressure switch so the heater would come on during the low jet speed.I am actually amazed at how fast you processed my order and shipped it to me. The kit is VERY COMPLETE!! Also, I am so grateful for ***** and ****** who went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping me sort out everything I needed for my spa pack and topside control replacement. Since my ******* hot tub its 20 years old I needed a retrofit control pack. What you sent is perfect and was set up perfectly for the 110V pump as well as the 220V 4.0KW heater! I didnt have to do a thing except wire it up to the 50A breaker! Since we have been having night time temperatures in the high 20s, I was worried not having a working hot tub that something might freeze and break. Luckily, you got everything to me so fast and all installation instructions were well documented to make installation a breeze.Again, I am surprised these days to get such quality people and efficient processing of my orders. When I called about a part I believe I spoke to ***** who helped me with the part I needed. Received the part in just a couple of days. That ********* problem, then called a few days later and spoke to ****** who patiently and very politely walked me through a series of tests to find out the problem was a circuit board. He then gave me info to order it as Spadepot does not carry circuit boards. Wonderful experience both times, a pleasant surprise from what you get at most places today.

I have completely rebuilt my hot tub, replacing everything but the shell and pumps. SpaDepot has had great customer and technical support to help me figure out what I need, great prices, and cheap/free shipping. I am a happy customer. I have no reason to look anywhere else.

I just wanted to say that I believed my 8 month old inflatable hot tub was ruined. There was a bad storm that sent debris into the hot water...and it sat until I returned home 2 weeks later. It was growing things I won't describe. The thought of getting into it even after a complete cleaning x2, was beyond me. I found your product and read a ton of reviews with pics. Finally yesterday the spa flush was used...in my perfectly cleaned, dry, tub that had been stored away. I filled the tub and used as directed. OMG, the ******************* that came out was jaw dropping. I feel so satisfied with my previous sensation that it wasn't clean enough to use, even though the filth couldn't be seen in the pump and hoses. And I feel like the hot tub is safe to use now. Thank you more than I can say. I have RA and having my hot tub back is such a big deal to my daily life. Everyone who owns a hot tub or jacuzzi bath should use this. It's too cheap to not be sure of sanitary plumbing.

We have been doing business with Spa Depot for many years. They have excellent customer service and are always very quick to respond to any issues. With that being said - we were shocked when we placed a re-order of one of their aromatherapy products for our hot tub to see that when they arrived the product was 13 oz as opposed to the 22 oz. they were previously sold as. Shame on me for not seeing that - the price was $1 less then the 22 oz bottle, but that is some SHRINK-FLATION goin going on there - roughly a 37% reduction in the product for a $1 less :( :(
