We had to replace our 30'' electric downdraft and our master bathroom fan / light combo. Of course, as with most remodels, it was more complicated that it seemed, the Frederickson crew persevered through a few setbacks and my wife and I were well-pleased with the final results. I have had extensive experience with multiple divisions of Frederickson Electric: electrical design, solar, generator, HVAC, service installation, wi-fi, media, and new construction electrical. Each consultant was a patient teacher, very generous with their time in explaining options and their relative advantages. They repeatedly proved themselves competent, creative problem solvers and efficient workers who were excellent at collegial cooperation with other subcontractors. The best part of building my new home was working with Frederickson Electric. I enthusiastically recommend them.Review from Sally D

Dear *****, I'm very sorry to have let you down with your lighting repair projects, especially since you have been a good customer over the years. I totally understand your frustration and your criticism is justified. The truth is, our estimators have occasionally dropped the ball on some requests, particularly on projects like yours where it was not clear after the free estimate appointment how much time and material would be required to make the necessary repairs. Please believe me, it was nothing personal, just a failure in our systems. We've made some investments in our customer service team and now have a much better process to keep the ball rolling on requests like the one you made over a year ago. If we were to be able to do this over again, we would have immediately dispatched an electrician to do some troubleshooting so the necessary scope of work could be understood, and an estimate quickly produced. Again, my sincere apologies, and if you would be so generous, I would welcome an opportunity to win back your trust with a discounted service.Review from Patrick M

After getting 5 star reviews from friends in town about their experience with Frederickson we decided to get an estimate to install a heat pump system to replace a failed in floor water heat system. The gentleman who met with us for design discussions and for providing an estimate was extremely knowledgable with a long history in the industry. Once we arrived at an estimate that fit our budget we agreed to move forward and let our contact know that we selected Frederickson based on the his knowledge leading to a sensible/affordable design and that he would be directly involved overseeing the project on site. Our good feelings about Frederickson continued throughout the installation. The team were professional, courteous and conscientious. They completed the work according to the timeline they laid out with high quality of workmanship. Beautiful job. I would highly recommend them.Review from Connie G

I had quite a bit done to upgrade the wiring throughout. I am very satisfied with not only the communication skills by all the technicians who worked on my project, but also at their efficiency levels. I felt confident each step of the way that they would do an excellent job - and they did! They took the time to explain anything to me that I needed to know for safety reasons. Excellent service from start to finish. Estimator was very thorough and discussed options and cost differences. Electricians were very skilled and organized so the job went smoothly with minimal disturbance.
