If I had the option of giving zero stars, I would have. I first called this company on November 23 to request an estimate for installation of a security system. The woman who answered told me that she could get me an estimate, but installations "are six months out". I asked to move forward the estimate. She told me ****** would be the technician and he would call me back. As of November 29 I hadn't received a call back so I contacted the company again. The woman who answered recognized my name, apologized for my not receiving a call back, and promised that ****** would return my call "by the end of the day or tomorrow at the latest". As of December 6 ****** had still not returned my call. Normally, I would not give a company a third chance to snub me but because I had heard good reviews, I called a third time. This time the woman transferred me to a male employee who apologized several times for ******** failure to call me back. He told me ****** would definitely call "before the end of the day". Amazingly, a week passed without a callback. I called the company a fourth time and finally spoke with ******. He told me that there was "no sense" giving me an estimate because he could "promise when he could make it out" to give me an estimate. I feel pretty confident that I dodged a bullet by not hiring this company. I can promise I'll never waste my time with them again.
