Flew from ****** to have this company assist me with a hair topper and cut to blend. I was informed prior to flying there that the cost for the hair piece would be around $600-&1000. Once the correct color was chosen I was informed that the cost was going to be $2000 which would include the haircut. Since I made the trip there, I decided to go ahead since there was a chance that my insurance would cover a portion. The haircut took almost 3hrs because the gentleman couldnt stop talking. I was there for total of 5 hours and the cut was horrible, not anything like I requested. I even showed a picture, which didnt come close to resemble. I could not refuse the now chopped hairpiece as it is mine once it is cut. When I went to pay they explained that the cut was not included that they apologize that they needed to add $85 onto the bill, than proceeded to ask for a tip! Last, I called William Collier Design when I returned home for assistance with the insurance claim. The gal stated they do not assist with claims. Im so beyond disappointed in this company who brags they have been in service for 35+ years. Please do your homework before using this company.Review from Vincent B

I can't say enough good things about this company, both my chat with ******** and our consultation (after hours!) with *********. While our family hasn't yet decided which wig we may buy in the future, we have decided we would give William Collier Design studio 5/5 stars, and more if we could. A cancer diagnosis, especially one as serious as my mom's, can feel for family members like the lights have permanently dimmed on the whole world. Today was Day 4 since the diagnosis, and we were all very fragile, Mom especially. ********* handled this situation with *****, humor, patience, and full transparency: we never felt like we were under any pressure to buy a product we couldn't afford. I think the consultation was emotionally difficult, but ********* has helped all of us face this upcoming milestone in the journey with bravery and confidence. *********, thank you for making time for us. Thank you for treading carefully. Thank you for your empathy. We are glad to consider you part of our recovery team. If a wig is in our future, we know whom to call. And in the meantime, we'll be spreading the word about WCD like we work on commission.
