Permit application was corrected & resubmitted on 8/25/23 and the permit was issued 8/29/23.8/30/23, Anytime roofing, *** failed the roof nailing inspection. Additional nails required on edge nailing in test spots (6 edge 12 field) expose roof for inspection The roof was covered, despite the inspection form states Do not cover work until it is inspected, approved and signed below, so there was only test spots.8/31/23, the roof got re-inspected and **************** noted roof nailing has passed I dont know why it is in quotes. Again the roof was covered.Contract States that they will install starter metal & Started shingles color to match (The starter metal that they install was two different colors, not matching)Discloser form was not ***luded (Form from 2nd company said it must be signed and given within 3 business days), therefore never signed or given to us.
