              The summit at snoqualmie requires online purchase of a ski lift ticket. I purchased two lift tickets for December 19, 2022. There was an ice storm that limited travel and the mountain operations that day. An email was sent regarding reimbursement for purchased lift tickets. Summit at Snoqualmie was going to issue credit vouchers in the amount spent for future use. I emailed and asked for a refund of my money on a few separate occasions after the incident, but never received a reply. I received credit in the amount of $123.24 to an online account. This voucher will expire on May 2024.My frustrations is that I can not use the voucher this year. I have emailed asking for cash refund for my purchase and have not received an answer this year. I also asked if I could get the $123.24 on a gift card so it could be used in the future. I still have not received any communication back from Summit Snoqualmie.This is my money that they are keeping. I do not feel there should be an expiration date on the money I spent. Especially when they require online ticket purchases in advance and were not able to offer what I paid for. I would like help in receiving my $123.24 cash refund or a credit that does not expire.Thank you!

              I bought 2 lift tickets 1/16 to go skiing on 1/17 and they had a power outage on 1/16 that continued on 1/17, the power outage obviously isn't their fault however this made it so I didn't go, there was no update on 1/17 when I woke up to leave about their operations so I contacted them for a refund and went to ******************* instead. The charge has gone through and I have not gotten a response and doubt I ever will they have essentially stolen 250 dollars from me and provided no service to me there was no contact phone number for them on their website that I could find so I couldn't even call it just referred me to contact them by email which I did and it has been days since I contacted them with no response. If I am never refunded I will never go there again and they will be losing potential profits from me here on forever. I hope the 250 dollars was worth taking from me.

              We posted on our website and thru all social accounts that any tickets purchased for the 16th and 17th were automatically extended until the end of the season. I will proceed with refunding **************** now. We are terribly sorry that he was unable to get through. Multiple power outages have affected our ability to get back to the thousands of emails we received.
